【摘要】：目的:采用隨機(jī)對(duì)照分組研究方法,對(duì)單穴與配伍腧穴治療原發(fā)性失眠的效應(yīng)與差異進(jìn)行客觀、科學(xué)的臨床評(píng)價(jià),為腧穴配伍方案的優(yōu)選提供臨床依據(jù)。方法:本實(shí)驗(yàn)將74例原發(fā)性失眠患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,分別為單穴組和配伍腧穴組,其中單穴組患者35例,配伍腧穴組患者35例,脫落4例,共完成70例,男性23例,女性47例。單穴組取神門(mén)穴。配伍腧穴組取百會(huì)、神門(mén)、三陰交穴�；颊呷⊙雠P位,針刺時(shí)局部常規(guī)消毒,選用華佗牌30號(hào)25/40mm毫針,刺入得氣后留針30分鐘,留針期間局部電針治療。治療療程:每日1次,5次為一個(gè)治療周期,每個(gè)周期間隔2日,共5個(gè)周期。以多導(dǎo)睡眠圖與睡眠日志為觀察指標(biāo),觀察基線期、治療完成后兩個(gè)時(shí)間段的數(shù)據(jù),采用SPSS19.0軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)比組內(nèi)治療前與治療后的療效差異以及每組之間的療效差異,從而得出結(jié)論。結(jié)果:對(duì)單穴與配伍腧穴治療原發(fā)性失眠的效應(yīng)與差異進(jìn)行客觀、科學(xué)的臨床評(píng)價(jià),納入研究病例單穴組35例,配伍腧穴組35例,通過(guò)對(duì)多導(dǎo)睡眠圖與睡眠日志的研究、分析及比較,得出配伍療效優(yōu)于單穴。結(jié)論:通過(guò)觀察兩組患者多導(dǎo)睡眠圖和睡眠日志主觀反映的變化,單穴組與配伍腧穴組均能改善失眠患者的臨床癥狀及體征。說(shuō)明針刺對(duì)失眠的治療是有效的,且配伍腧穴組治療方法優(yōu)于單穴組治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to make objective and scientific clinical evaluation on the effect and difference of single point and combined acupoint in treating primary insomnia, so as to provide the clinical basis for the optimal selection of acupoint compatibility scheme. Methods: 74 patients with primary insomnia were randomly divided into two groups: single point group (n = 35), combined acupoint group (n = 35), exfoliation group (n = 4), male group (n = 23) and female group (n = 47). In the single point group, Shenmen acupoint was taken. Matching acupoints group to take Baihui, Shenmen, Sanyinjiao points. The patient took supine position, local routine disinfection during acupuncture, 30 25/40mm millineedle of Huatuo brand, 30 minutes after puncture, local electroacupuncture treatment during needle retention. Course of treatment: once a day 5 times a treatment cycle, each cycle 2 days interval, a total of 5 cycles. Taking polysomnography and sleep log as observation indexes, the data of baseline period and two periods after treatment were observed. SPSS 19.0 software was used to analyze the data. The results were compared before and after treatment and between groups. Results: objective and scientific clinical evaluation was carried out on the effect and difference of single point and combined acupoint in treating primary insomnia. 35 cases of single point group and 35 cases of compatible acupoint group were included in the study. The polysomnography and sleep log were studied by means of polysomnography and sleep log. Analysis and comparison showed that the efficacy of compatibility was better than that of single point. Conclusion: by observing the changes of polysomnography and sleep log subjective reflection in the two groups, the clinical symptoms and signs of insomnia patients can be improved in both single point group and compatible acupoint group. It shows that acupuncture is effective in the treatment of insomnia, and the combination of acupoint group is better than single point group.
