【摘要】：目的:本論文旨在通過對防治肺系疾病膏方歷代文獻(xiàn)的整理研究,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析防治肺系疾病膏方的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、組方特點(diǎn)以及用藥情況,探討膏方的組方原則,以期指導(dǎo)防治慢性肺系疾病膏方的選藥及組方應(yīng)用,為慢性肺系疾病的膏方治療提供用藥指導(dǎo)。方法:運(yùn)用頻數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和聚類分析等現(xiàn)代數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法,對防治肺系疾病80年代中期前后膏方組成藥物進(jìn)行用藥頻數(shù)、藥性、藥味、功效的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,以及統(tǒng)計(jì)治療病證,進(jìn)一步對優(yōu)勢病種支氣管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病以及慢性咳嗽進(jìn)行高頻藥物的聚類分析。結(jié)果:(1)80年代中期前膏方組成藥物以苦味藥為主,寒熱性區(qū)別不大,主功效以止咳化痰平喘藥為主;80年代中期后膏方以甘味藥為主,溫性藥最多,主功效以補(bǔ)虛藥最多;歸經(jīng)以入肺脾腎三經(jīng)為主;(2)80年代中期后膏方治療的優(yōu)勢病種居前三位的是支氣管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病和慢性咳嗽;(3)防治支氣管哮喘的膏方藥物使用以補(bǔ)氣藥居首,化痰祛瘀居次,并少佐行氣消食藥;防治慢性阻塞性肺病膏方以補(bǔ)益肺脾腎三臟治本,化痰祛瘀治標(biāo)為特點(diǎn);防治慢性咳嗽膏方藥物以止咳化痰治標(biāo)為主,同時輔以益氣、補(bǔ)益肺脾。結(jié)論:從數(shù)據(jù)挖掘以及量化的研究方式探討防治慢性肺系疾病的膏方藥物使用規(guī)律及組方原則是客觀、切實(shí)可行的,為進(jìn)一步指導(dǎo)膏方的合理遣方用藥提供了依據(jù),為進(jìn)一步研究膏方的臨床療效奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this paper is to analyze the development, characteristics and medication of the recipe for prevention and treatment of pulmonary diseases by analyzing the literature of the prevention and treatment of lung diseases ointment in the past dynasties, and to explore the principle of the prescription. In order to guide the prevention and treatment of chronic pulmonary diseases prescription selection and prescription application, for chronic lung disease ointment treatment to provide medication guidance. Methods: using modern data mining methods, such as frequency statistics and cluster analysis, to analyze the frequency, medicinal properties, taste and efficacy of the ointment before and after the mid-1980s for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary diseases, as well as statistical treatment of disease and syndromes. Cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs for bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic cough was carried out. Results before the mid-1980s, the components of the ointment prescriptions were mainly bitter herbs, but the difference between cold and heat was not significant. The main efficacy was to relieve cough and reduce phlegm and relieve asthma. After the mid-1980s, the main effect of the cream prescription was mainly sweet flavor, the most warm and the main effect was the tonifying and deficiency medicine. The leading diseases in the treatment of bronchial asthma in the mid-1980s were bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic cough. Resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis is the second place, and less accompanied by Qi and eliminating food. The prescription for prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is characterized by tonifying the root causes of the three viscera of lung, spleen and kidney, removing phlegm and removing blood stasis, and preventing and treating chronic cough ointment mainly by relieving cough and resolving phlegm and treating symptoms, and at the same time supplementing qi, Tonify the lung and spleen. Conclusion: it is objective and feasible to explore the rule and principle of prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of chronic pulmonary diseases from data mining and quantitative research methods, which provides the basis for further guiding the rational prescription of ointment. To lay a foundation for further study of the clinical efficacy of ointment.
