【摘要】：目的：從臟腑經絡辨證角度出發(fā),研究《傷寒雜病論》中肺病的證治,歸納張仲景治療肺病的特色,并以之指導對現(xiàn)代疑難肺病治療。方法：運用文獻研究的方法,總結《傷寒論》與《金匱要略》中有關肺病理法方藥,凝練張仲景辨治肺病的特色,以及其組方用藥規(guī)律。結果：仲景辨治肺病的特色和一般規(guī)律主要體現(xiàn)在三方面：1以補益肺陽為特色仲景不僅開創(chuàng)了溫補肺陽的先河,更在治療肺病時重視溫補肺陽,而且亦重視溫肺化飲法在肺病治療過程中的應用。2以祛除邪實為關鍵仲景論述疾病,重視邪氣對人體生理的影響,而治療則以祛除邪實為關鍵,對肺病而言,亦是如此。3以調理宣降為主法調理肺氣之宣降不僅是仲景治療肺病的手段,亦是其治療肺病的目的。結論：仲景治療肺病,正是通過祛邪或扶正之法以調節(jié)肺氣之宣降,以促使其恢復到正常的升降狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective: from the point of view of syndrome differentiation of zang-fu meridian and collaterals, to study the syndromes and treatment of lung disease in the theory of typhoid fever and miscellaneous diseases, to sum up the characteristics of Zhang Zhongjing in the treatment of pulmonary diseases, and to guide the treatment of modern difficult pulmonary diseases. Methods: the methods of literature study were used to summarize the characteristics of Zhang Zhongjing differentiation and treatment of lung diseases, and to summarize the characteristics of the prescriptions about lung diseases in Treatise of febrile Diseases and synopsis of prescriptions of Golden Chamber. Results: the characteristics and general rules of Zhongjing differentiation and treatment of lung disease were mainly reflected in three aspects: 1. Zhongjing, with the characteristic of tonifying the lung yang, not only initiated the first course of warming and tonifying the lung yang, but also paid attention to warming the lung yang in the treatment of lung disease. In addition, the application of Wenfei Hua Yin method in the treatment of lung diseases is also emphasized. 2 the key to expelling evil spirits is to discuss diseases, and the influence of evil qi on human body physiology is emphasized, while the treatment is to eliminate evil spirits as the key, and to lung diseases. It is also the case that regulating lung qi by regulating and lowering the lung qi is not only the means of Zhongjing's treatment of lung disease, but also the purpose of its treatment of lung disease. Conclusion: Zhongjing's treatment of lung disease is to regulate the lung qi by dispelling evil or reinforcing the right, so as to make it return to its normal ascending and descending state.
