【摘要】：文章從病機認識、施治理念、驗案舉例方面系統(tǒng)闡述了彭萬年教授治療難治性小兒高熱的學術(shù)思想。病機方面,彭萬年教授認為難治性小兒高熱病勢急、傳變快、病情重,常表現(xiàn)為表里共熱、氣血同病、外實內(nèi)虛,部分患者病情涉及六經(jīng)辨證太陽、陽明、少陽、太陰、少陰多個層次,單用苦寒清熱法往往難以收效。彭教授臨證�；媒�(jīng)方,運用寒溫并用、合方施治、顧護中氣的治療方法,使扶正與祛邪并重,其臨床療效顯著,展現(xiàn)了經(jīng)方的獨特優(yōu)勢,為難治性小兒高熱的中醫(yī)臨床治療提供了新的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:This article systematically expounds Professor Peng Wannian's academic thought on treating refractory high fever in children from the aspects of pathogenesis understanding, treatment concept and case examination examples. In terms of pathogenesis, Professor Peng Wannian believes that refractory high fever in children is characterized by acute, rapid transmission, and severe illness. It is often manifested in common heat in the surface, in the same disease of qi and blood, and in deficiency of internal and external facts. Some of the patients' conditions are related to the six meridians differentiation of the sun, Yangming, Shaoyang, and Taiyin. Many levels of less yin, only with bitter cold to clear the heat method often difficult to achieve results. Professor Peng's clinical efficacy is remarkable and shows the unique advantages of the classical prescription, which uses the combination of cold and warm, the combined treatment of the prescription, and the treatment of caring for the middle qi, so as to pay equal attention to both the strengthening and dispelling evil, the clinical effect of which is remarkable, and it shows the unique advantages of the prescription. It provides new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of refractory high fever in children.
