【摘要】：五臟六腑皆令人咳,五臟六腑之"火"邪影響到肺亦令人咳。李士懋教授的平脈辨證思辨體系以脈象為主要依據(jù),以脈為主線,首分虛實(shí)后辨虛火、實(shí)火、虛實(shí)夾雜犯肺的病因病機(jī),以及主脈、五臟六腑之"火"致咳的兼脈。臨證采用清熱透散、滋陰升陽的治法,并注重歸經(jīng)用藥,尤以歸肺、肝經(jīng)藥物為重,從而達(dá)到止咳以治標(biāo),解火郁以治本的目的。
[Abstract]:The five viscera and the six-Fu organs are coughing, and the "fire" evil of the five-viscera-six-fu organs affects the lungs and makes people cough. Professor Li Shi-mao 's syndrome differentiation system is based on pulse and main line of pulse, and points out the cause and pathogenesis of deficiency of fire, fire of deficiency after differentiation of fire and fire of deficiency and substance, as well as the main vein and the "fire" of the five viscera and six internal organs. The clinical syndrome is treated by clearing heat and dissipating heat, nourishing yin and invigorating yang, and paying attention to the medicine used by the meridian, especially to the lung and the liver, so as to stop cough and cure the symptoms and relieve the fire depression to cure the root of the disease.
