【摘要】：目的:觀察疏肝健脾湯治療早期乙肝肝硬化肝氣郁結證患者的臨床療效及對患者血清IL-21、IL-22、IL-31及TGF-β1的影響。方法:將106例早期乙肝肝硬化肝氣郁結證患者隨機分為對照組和觀察組各53例。對照組給予恩替卡韋治療,觀察組在對照組的治療上加用疏肝健脾湯,所有患者均接受6個月的治療。檢測兩組患者治療前后血清丙氨酸氨基轉移酶(ALT)、門冬氨酸氨基轉移酶(AST)、總膽紅素(TBIL)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、透明質酸(HA)、層粘連蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前膠原肽(PⅢNP)、Ⅳ型膠原(COLⅣ)、白介素21(IL-21)、白介素22(IL-22)、白介素31(IL-31)和轉化生長因子β1(TGF-β1)水平及肝纖維化模型Fibro Test(FT)參數。結果:兩組患者治療后血清ALT、AST、TBIL、HA、LN、PⅢNP、COLⅣ、IL-21、IL-22、IL-31及TGF-β1水平均顯著降低,ALB水平顯著升高,FT參數顯著降低(P0.05);且觀察組以上指標改善均顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結論:疏肝健脾湯治療早期乙肝肝硬化肝氣郁結證的機制可能與降低患者血清炎癥因子IL-21、IL-22、IL-31及TGF-β1水平有關。
