【摘要】：目的:觀察穴位埋線對(duì)單純性肥胖患者胰島素抵抗的影響。方法:120例單純性肥胖患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組、電針組、埋線組。對(duì)照組采用飲食+運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)療法;電針組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上取穴針刺,并選取腹部穴位加用兩組電針;埋線組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上采用穴位埋線療法。2個(gè)療程后進(jìn)行臨床療效評(píng)價(jià)并比較治療前后空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰島素(FINS)、穩(wěn)態(tài)模型胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(HOMA-IR)、胰島素抗體(INS-Ab)水平。結(jié)果:埋線組和電針組治療后FINS、HOMA-IR指標(biāo)較治療前降低(P0.01);埋線組治療后FBG水平較治療前降低(P0.05)。治療后電針組與埋線組總有效率均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);埋線組治療后FINS、HOMA-IR指標(biāo)較電針組降低(P0.05),且兩組均低于對(duì)照組(P0.01);3組INS-Ab治療前后均為陰性。結(jié)論:穴位埋線對(duì)于單純性肥胖患者糖代謝狀態(tài)的改善較電針有優(yōu)勢(shì),可能機(jī)制是通過受體及受體后途徑來提高胰島素敏感性及利用率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of catgut embedding at acupoints on insulin resistance in simple obesity patients. Methods 120 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into control group, electroacupuncture group and catgut embedding group. The control group was treated with diet and exercise intervention, the electroacupuncture group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group, and the abdominal acupoints were added with two groups of electroacupuncture. The treatment group was treated with catgut embedding therapy at acupoint on the basis of the control group. After two courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated and the levels of FBGG, FINSN, HOMA-IRN, insulin antibody were compared before and after treatment. Results: the index of FINSHOMA-IR in the embedding group and electroacupuncture group was lower than that before treatment, and the level of FBG in the catgut embedding group was lower than that before treatment. After treatment, the total effective rate of electroacupuncture group and embedding group was higher than that of control group (P 0.05), and the index of FINSX HOMA-IR was lower than that of electroacupuncture group (P 0.05), and both groups were lower than that of control group (P 0.01) before and after treatment. Conclusion: the improvement of glucose metabolism in patients with simple obesity by catgut embedding at acupoint is superior to that of electroacupuncture. The mechanism may be to increase insulin sensitivity and utilization rate through receptor and postreceptor pathway.
