【摘要】：以葉天士《溫?zé)嵴摗?或透風(fēng)于熱外,或滲濕于熱下"論述為主線,按照肺肝脾同病、風(fēng)濕熱搏結(jié)的病變機(jī)理,依據(jù)臨床癥狀將急性濕疹分解為風(fēng)邪郁表、熱結(jié)三焦、濕中伏火3個(gè)證型,依據(jù)證型特征分別確定透風(fēng)肅肺、清熱涼肝、滲濕健脾3個(gè)治則;依據(jù)治則要求以辛涼輕宣之劑透風(fēng)于外,使在表之風(fēng)邪不得助長(zhǎng)內(nèi)熱;以苦降寒涼之劑清熱于中,使郁結(jié)之邪火不得傷津動(dòng)血;以甘淡利水之劑滲濕于下,使停蓄之水濕不得郁蒸蘊(yùn)結(jié),同時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)透風(fēng)、清熱、滲濕并用,輔之以涼血散血、解毒消疹,結(jié)合臨床實(shí)踐探究急性濕疹中醫(yī)辨證論治。
[Abstract]:Based on the exposition of Ye Tianshi's Theory of temperature and Heat, or permeating the wind outside the heat or infiltrating moisture under the heat as the main line, according to the pathological mechanism of the same disease of lung, liver and spleen and rheumatic heat knot, according to the clinical symptoms, the acute eczema was decomposed into the wind evil tulips and the heat knot trifocal. According to the characteristics of the three syndrome types, the three treatment principles of purging the lung, clearing away heat and cooling the liver, strengthening the spleen by the infiltration of dampness and dampness are determined respectively, and according to the principle of treatment, it is required to pass through the air with the agent of Xin Liang and light propaganda, so that the wind evil on the surface can not promote the internal heat. Using the agent of bitter cooling and cooling to clear heat in the middle, so that the evil fire of the stagnation can not injure the blood of Jin and move the blood; by using the agent of the sweet and light water to seep the water into the bottom, so that the dampness of the stop and storing water does not accumulate, and at the same time emphasizing the combination of ventilation, heat clearing, and dampness, supplemented by cooling the blood and dispersing the blood, Detoxification and exanthema, combined with clinical practice to explore acute eczema syndrome differentiation treatment.
