【摘要】：自從喻嘉言提出"陽明經(jīng)證"后歷史上爭議不斷,以陳亦人在20世紀(jì)80年代《遼寧中醫(yī)雜志》的質(zhì)疑最具代表性。故從張仲景對(duì)于表里疾病的治法入手,結(jié)合《傷寒論》對(duì)太陽病以及陽明病的種種論述得出結(jié)論:陽明表證是客觀存在的,其治法乃微汗法;將陽明表證稱之為"陽明經(jīng)證"是恰當(dāng)?shù)?符合張仲景對(duì)于疾病病位的定義。
[Abstract]:Since Yu Jiayin put forward "Yangming Classic Certificate", there has been a lot of controversy in history. Chen Yiren's query in Liaoning Journal of traditional Chinese Medicine in the 1980s is the most representative. Therefore, starting from the treatment of Zhang Zhongjing for superficial diseases, combined with various expositions on Sun disease and Yangming disease, the conclusion is drawn: Yangming superficial syndrome exists objectively, and its treatment is micro-sweating method; It is appropriate to call Yangming syndrome "Yangming Meridian Syndrome", which accords with the definition of disease level by Zhang Zhongjing.
