【摘要】：目的:通過觀察針刺配合語(yǔ)言康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療中風(fēng)后運(yùn)動(dòng)性失語(yǔ)的臨床療效,為臨床治療本病尋找更有效的治療方法和途徑。方法:選取2015年1月-2016年1月在長(zhǎng)春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科的60例中風(fēng)后運(yùn)動(dòng)性失語(yǔ)患者,符合本研究的納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。隨機(jī)將60例中風(fēng)后運(yùn)動(dòng)性失語(yǔ)患者分成兩組,每組各30例,治療組給予針刺配合語(yǔ)言康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療,對(duì)照組給予語(yǔ)言康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療。結(jié)果:治療組(針刺配合語(yǔ)言康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療)患者30例,痊愈5例,顯效7例,有效15例,無效3例,總有效率90%,愈顯率40%。對(duì)照組(語(yǔ)言康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療)患者30例,痊愈1例,顯效4例,有效12例,無效13例,總有效率56.7%,愈顯率23.3%。治療組(針刺配合語(yǔ)言康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療)療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(語(yǔ)言康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療)。結(jié)論:針刺配合語(yǔ)言康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療對(duì)于中風(fēng)后運(yùn)動(dòng)性失語(yǔ)療效確切,是一種治療中風(fēng)后運(yùn)動(dòng)性失語(yǔ)行之有效的保守治療方法。通過針刺配合語(yǔ)言康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療,患者不會(huì)產(chǎn)生依賴性,且無毒副作用,臨床應(yīng)用方法簡(jiǎn)單,操作簡(jiǎn)便,具有很好的臨床推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training in the treatment of motor aphasia after apoplexy, and to find a more effective treatment for this disease. Methods: 60 patients with motor aphasia after stroke were selected from January 2015 to January 2016 in Department of Neurology, affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine. 60 patients with motor aphasia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training, and the control group was treated with language rehabilitation training. Results: 30 patients in the treatment group (acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training) were cured in 5 cases, markedly effective in 7 cases, effective in 15 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 90%, the recovery rate was 40%. In the control group, 30 cases were cured, 4 cases were effective, 12 cases were effective, 13 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 56.7%, and the effective rate was 23.3%. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group (acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training) was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training is an effective conservative treatment for motor aphasia after stroke. Through acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training treatment, patients will not produce dependence, and no toxic side effects, clinical application method is simple, easy to operate, has a good clinical promotion value.
