【摘要】：該研究采用系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)的方式,評(píng)價(jià)三七制劑對(duì)血小板相關(guān)指標(biāo)的影響作用。通過計(jì)算機(jī)檢索中文全文期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(CNKI),萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(Wan Fang),中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(Sino Med),the Cochrane Library,Pub Med,EMbase數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),搜集三七制劑對(duì)血小板相關(guān)指標(biāo)影響的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)(randomized controlled trial,RCT),檢索時(shí)限均為建庫(kù)至2017年5月,由2位研究者獨(dú)立進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)篩選、資料提取及納入研究質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。最終納入36個(gè)RCT,結(jié)局指標(biāo)包括血小板聚集率(MPAR)、血小板計(jì)數(shù)(PLT)、血漿血栓烷B2(TXB2)與不良反應(yīng)。分析結(jié)果顯示三七制劑與安慰劑[SMD=1.84,95%CI(1.33,2.35),P0.000 01]與非抗血小板西藥[SMD=0.74,95%CI(0.19,1.28),P=0.008]對(duì)比可降低MPAR;與非抗血小板西藥聯(lián)用可降低MPAR[SMD=2.34,95%CI(1.14,3.54),P=0.000 1],TXB2(SMD=1.25,95%CI(0.75,1.76),P0.000 01];與抗血小板西藥聯(lián)用可更好降低MPAR[SMD=0.93,95%CI(0.58,1.29),P0.000 01],TXB2[SMD=1.16,95%CI(0.74,1.58),P0.000 01]。在出血性不良反應(yīng)方面,三七制劑聯(lián)用抗血小板西藥未增加生出血風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。結(jié)果表明,三七制劑可降低MPAR與TXB2,且三七制劑與西藥常規(guī)聯(lián)用可增加療效。受納入研究數(shù)量和質(zhì)量限制,上述結(jié)論尚需開展更多高質(zhì)量研究予以驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:The effect of Panax notoginseng on platelet-related indexes was evaluated by systematic evaluation. The Chinese full text periodical database (CNKI), Wanfang database (Wan Fang), the Chinese biomedical literature database (Sino Meden) and the Cochrane Library (Cochrane Library) are searched by computer. Random controlled triallocytes (RCTT) were collected from random controlled trials of Panax notoginseng (PNS) on platelet related indexes. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to May 2017. The literature was screened by two researchers independently, and the data were extracted and included in the evaluation of the quality of the study.
