【摘要】：目的:觀察頭項(xiàng)針結(jié)合眼周穴治療中風(fēng)后復(fù)視的臨床療效,為臨床上治療本病提供新的有效的思路及方法,進(jìn)一步提高患者的生活質(zhì)量。方法:將所有符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例中風(fēng)后復(fù)視患者,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組各30例,治療組選穴:頭針:枕上正中線、枕上旁線;項(xiàng)針:風(fēng)池、供血、翳明;眼周穴:動(dòng)眼神經(jīng)麻痹選睛明、上明、承泣;外展神經(jīng)麻痹選外明;滑車神經(jīng)麻痹選下明,進(jìn)行針刺;對(duì)照組選穴:主穴:攢竹、絲竹空、印堂、四白、光明、陽(yáng)白;配穴:選風(fēng)池、合谷、太沖、太溪、三陰交進(jìn)行針刺。兩組均是每日針刺1次,每次留針40分鐘,一周針刺6天后休息1天,2周為一個(gè)療程,治療2個(gè)療程后對(duì)兩組臨床療效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:通過(guò)觀察患者治療前后的復(fù)視像距離、眼位偏斜角度、主癥評(píng)分等,得知:治療組與對(duì)照組治療后均比治療前好轉(zhuǎn),且具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);而兩組患者治療后的情況進(jìn)行組間比較,治療組好轉(zhuǎn)效果明顯高于對(duì)照組,并經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理后,得知兩組治療后組間比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);另治療組的總有效率為90.00%,對(duì)照組的總有效率為76.67%,兩組有效率比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),所以頭項(xiàng)針結(jié)合眼周穴治療本病的療效優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)針刺方法。結(jié)論:1.頭項(xiàng)針結(jié)合眼周穴是治療中風(fēng)后復(fù)視的一種有效方法;2.頭項(xiàng)針結(jié)合眼周穴能明顯改善中風(fēng)后復(fù)視患者的臨床癥狀,包括復(fù)視像距離、頭暈、眼位偏斜度等,均可收到滿意療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of head nape acupuncture combined with eye periocular acupoint in the treatment of diplopia after apoplexy, to provide a new and effective method for the treatment of this disease, and to further improve the quality of life of the patients. Methods: all 60 patients with diplopia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group selected points: scalp acupuncture: suboccipital median line, supraoccipital line, nape needle: wind pool, blood supply, Yiming; oculomotor nerve palsy; abducens nerve palsy; trochlear nerve paralysis; trochlear nerve palsy; control group: main points: Zanzhu, Sizhu empty, Yantang, Sibai, Guangming, Yangbai; Points: Fengchi, Hegu, Taichong, Taixi, Sanyinjiao acupuncture. The two groups were treated with acupuncture once a day for 40 minutes each time, rest 1 day and 2 weeks after 6 days a week as a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after 2 courses of treatment. Results: by observing the distance of diplopia before and after treatment, the angle of deviation of eye position and the score of main symptom, we know that the treatment group and the control group are better than before treatment. There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment, and the improvement effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and after statistical treatment, the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The results showed that the comparison between the two groups after treatment had statistical significance (P 0.05), the total effective rate of the other treatment group was 90.00and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67. The effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), so the head and nape acupuncture combined with the point around the eye was used to treat this disease. The curative effect is superior to the traditional acupuncture method. Conclusion 1. Head-nape acupuncture combined with eye-around point is an effective method to treat diplopia after apoplexy. The clinical symptoms of patients with diplopia after apoplexy can be obviously improved by combining head and nape acupuncture with eye periocular acupoints, including the distance of diplopia, dizziness, degree of eye position deviation, etc.
