【摘要】：目的觀察痧脊經(jīng)筋療法治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法臨床上選取80例患者共111側(cè)膝關(guān)節(jié)(雙膝31人62側(cè),單膝49人49例),隨機分為對照組(理筋手法)55例、治療組(痧脊經(jīng)筋療法)56例,治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(KOA),每組為40人,采用WOMAC指數(shù)、檢測膝關(guān)節(jié)液炎癥細胞因子TNF-α、IL-6含量,對比治療前和治療后KOA的療效。結(jié)果痧脊經(jīng)筋療法治療KOA,能有效減輕膝關(guān)節(jié)疼痛和減少滑膜炎癥,有效改善膝關(guān)節(jié)活動度;可降低膝關(guān)節(jié)炎癥細胞因子和疼痛、WOMAC積分明顯低于治療前。結(jié)論痧脊經(jīng)筋療法治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(KOA)具有良好效果,通過分經(jīng)論治能有效疏通經(jīng)絡(luò)排出局部寒邪、濕氣,使氣血精氣流通濡養(yǎng)筋骨,達到"通則不痛"的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with the treatment of Guasha spinal meridian. Methods A total of 111 knee joints were selected from 80 patients (31 patients with 62 knees and 49 patients with one knee). They were randomly divided into control group (55 cases), treatment group (56 cases), treating knee osteoarthritis with KOAA (40 cases in each group). The content of inflammatory cytokine TNF- 偽 and IL-6 in knee joint fluid was measured by WOMAC index, and the effect of KOA before and after treatment was compared. Results the treatment of KOAA with Guasha spinal meridian tendon therapy can effectively reduce the knee joint pain, reduce synovitis, improve the knee joint motion, decrease the inflammatory cytokines and the score of WOMAC of the knee joint, which is obviously lower than that before the treatment. Conclusion the treatment of Guasha ridge meridian tendon therapy for knee osteoarthritis with KOAA has a good effect. It can effectively dredge the meridian and drain out local cold evil, damp air, make Qi and blood vital qi circulate and nourish muscles and bones, and achieve the therapeutic effect of "general principle without pain".
