欽安盧氏醫(yī)學對嘔吐下利的證治研究

【摘要】:目的:結(jié)合《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》中關(guān)于嘔吐下利的病因病機認識,以仲景六經(jīng)辨證的思想為指導(dǎo),梳理《傷寒論》中各經(jīng)所涉之吐利,并在此基礎(chǔ)結(jié)合欽安盧氏醫(yī)學相關(guān)學術(shù)思想深化對吐利的認識,最后聯(lián)系扶陽學派在臨證中對于吐利兩證的辨治,以期指導(dǎo)于臨床。方法:首先,論述《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》中關(guān)于嘔吐下利的病因病機認識,其次,結(jié)合《傷寒論》六經(jīng)原文,總結(jié)和梳理仲景對于吐利的證治。再次,對欽安盧氏醫(yī)學的傳承脈絡(luò)及主要學術(shù)思想進行整理,指出其扶陽思想之意蘊,并在此基礎(chǔ)上梳理欽安盧氏醫(yī)學對于《傷寒論》中吐利證治的繼承性和發(fā)展性。結(jié)果:吐利二證是臨床常見的病癥,究其原因,無論外感六淫、飲食情志皆可致病。而仲景所作《傷寒論》為百病立法,以六經(jīng)辨證為綱,更是廣泛深入的探討了吐利的證治。欽安盧氏醫(yī)學,上承《周易》、《內(nèi)經(jīng)》、《傷寒》重陽之思想,強調(diào)陽主陰從,治療遵循六經(jīng),臨證善于應(yīng)用辛溫熱藥以扶其陽,并落實到陽氣的體用兩端,或扶陽體,或暢陽用,總在恢復(fù)此一氣之周流。而六經(jīng)所致吐利無外乎一元之氣升降出入在六經(jīng)各個層面的逆亂,因此恢復(fù)此一氣的周轉(zhuǎn)對于臨證治療吐利,進而和合陰陽都有積極的指導(dǎo)作用。結(jié)論:以《傷寒》六經(jīng)鈐百病天下式也,而仲圣所做大論非常強調(diào)對于嘔吐下利兩證的辨治,筆者以為其完美的繼承了《內(nèi)經(jīng)》對于“胃氣”的強調(diào)。《內(nèi)經(jīng)》指出:人無胃氣曰逆,逆者死,而嘔吐下利則是常見的胃氣逆亂表現(xiàn),也是常見的陰陽逆亂的表現(xiàn)。六經(jīng)皆可影響中氣而發(fā)為吐利,六經(jīng)之吐利體現(xiàn)了陰陽逆亂的一種表里淺深的程度。欽安盧氏醫(yī)學繼承了仲景六經(jīng)辨治的精神,并在此基礎(chǔ)上強調(diào)六經(jīng)乃一氣所化,深刻反映了其對仲景思想的繼承性和發(fā)展性。欽安認為此一氣之暢流與坎離往來交媾密切相關(guān),而確保水火既濟中宮之暢達又至關(guān)重要。吐利雖有從上從下之異,然俱是中宮之逆亂,而此中宮之逆亂則由六經(jīng)之表現(xiàn)而步步深入,安此中不僅很好的呵護了人體的正氣,并且對于防治他病有著重要的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the etiology and pathogenesis of vomiting in Huangdi's Internal Classic, and to sort out the causes and pathogenesis of the syndrome differentiation of Zhongjing's six Meridians. On the basis of this, the author combines the related academic thoughts of Chin and Lu's medicine to deepen the understanding of Tuli, and finally to contact the Fuyang School to differentiate and treat the two syndromes of Tuli in clinical practice, in order to guide the clinical practice. Methods: firstly, the etiology and pathogenesis of vomiting were discussed in Huangdi Internal Classic. Secondly, the syndromes and treatment of vomiting in Zhongjing were summarized and combed with the original text of six channels. Thirdly, the inheritance and main academic thoughts of Qin'an Lu's medicine are sorted out, and the implication of his Fu Yang's thought is pointed out, and on this basis, the inheritance and development of Tuli syndrome and treatment in Chin'an Lu's Medicine are combed. Results: Twain syndrome is a common disease in clinic. Zhongjing's Treatise of febrile disease legislates for all kinds of diseases, taking the syndrome differentiation of six meridians as the outline, and probes into the syndrome and treatment of Tuli extensively and deeply. Qin'an Lu's medicine, Shang inherited "Zhouyi", "Internal Classic", "typhoid fever", "double yang" thought, emphasized Yang as the main body, followed the six meridians in treatment, was good at applying Xin Wen hot medicine to support Yang, and put it into practice to both ends of body of Yang Qi, or to support Yang body, or unobstructed Yang. Always in the restoration of this flow of energy. But the six meridians caused by Tuli is no more than the rise and fall of the six meridians in all levels of inverse chaos, so the recovery of this Qi for the treatment of Turi, and then Yin Yang has a positive guidance. Conclusion: with "typhoid fever", the six meridians are all over the world with a hundred diseases, and the great theory made by Zhong Sheng Yu emphasizes the differentiation and treatment of the two syndromes under vomiting. The author thinks that it perfectly inherits the emphasis of "stomach qi" in the "Internal Classic". It points out that people have no stomach qi to go against, people die against it, and vomiting is a common manifestation of stomach qi inverse disorder, as well as Yin and Yang inverse disorder. The six meridians can affect the medium qi and develop into profit, which embodies the shallow and deep degree of yin and yang converse disorder. Chin'an Lu's medicine inherited the spirit of Zhongjing's differentiation and treatment of the six Classics, and on this basis emphasized that the six Classics were unified and reflected his inheritance and development to Zhongjing's thought. Chin an believes that this flow of air is closely related to intercourse, and to ensure that water and fire both access to the palace and vital. Although Turi has the difference from the top to the bottom, both of them are the inverse disorder of the middle palace, and the inverse disorder of the middle palace is gradually deepened by the performance of the six meridians. It not only nurtures the healthy qi of the human body, but also plays an important guiding role in the prevention and cure of his disease.
