【摘要】：正患者,男,38歲。就診日期:2015年10月5日。主訴:右下肢乏力9月余,加重伴麻木感頭暈3月余。現(xiàn)病史:于2015年1月18日無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)右下肢乏力,并于勞動行走后加重,稍經(jīng)休息后可緩解。就診于深圳某醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科,查頭顱CT示:雙側(cè)基底節(jié)鈣化;頭MRI示:左側(cè)頂葉同心圓形病灶,以"同心圓硬化"收入該科。入院后完善相關(guān)檢查:腦脊液生化:氯119.2 mmol/L,同型半胱氨酸20.8μmol/L。
[Abstract]:The patient was 38 years old. Date of visit: 5 October 2015. Main complaint: right lower extremity fatigue more than 9 months, aggravated with numbness feeling dizziness more than 3 months. Present history: on January 18, 2015, there was no obvious inducement to appear right lower extremity fatigue, and aggravation after labor walking, after a little rest, it can be alleviated. Head CT: bilateral basal ganglion calcification, head MRI: left parietal lobe concentric circular lesion, "concentric circle sclerosis". Complete related examination after admission: cerebrospinal fluid biochemistry: chlorine 119.2 mmol / L, homocysteine 20.8 渭 mol / L.
