【摘要】：目的：觀察疏肝和胃法治療肝胃不和型胃食管反流病的臨床療效,探討運(yùn)用疏肝和胃法治療肝胃不和型患者的臨床療效及臨床價(jià)值。方法：將符合西醫(yī)和中醫(yī)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例胃食管反流病患者,采用隨機(jī)對(duì)照的方法,分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組30例,治療組以疏肝和胃法為治療原則口服中藥煎劑和奧美拉唑腸溶膠囊,對(duì)照組僅服用奧美拉唑腸溶膠囊,共治療8周,觀察并記錄兩組在治療前后主要癥狀、次要癥狀、內(nèi)鏡檢查的變化,療程結(jié)束后進(jìn)行資料匯總,療效評(píng)定和結(jié)果分析。結(jié)果：兩組綜合療效比較,治療組30例中,治愈0例,顯效11例,有效17例,無(wú)效2例,治療組總有效率為93.3%,對(duì)照組30例中,治愈0例,顯效6例,有效16例,無(wú)效8例,對(duì)照組總有效率為73.3%。兩組患者臨床綜合療效比較,治療組臨床療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。兩組各癥狀積分比較,在胸骨后疼痛、暖氣、脘脅脹滿、情緒不暢、惡心等方面比較,治療組臨床療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05),對(duì)于燒心、反酸、納差癥狀,兩組均有效,并且治療組與對(duì)照組療效相當(dāng)(P0.05)。胃鏡療效比較,兩組胃鏡下表現(xiàn)均有明顯好轉(zhuǎn),且兩組胃鏡療效相當(dāng)(P0.05)。在整個(gè)療程中,治療組和對(duì)照組的患者未出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論：疏肝和胃法治療肝胃不和型胃食管反流病臨床療效顯著,可以明顯改善患者的不適癥狀,提高患者生活質(zhì)量,且無(wú)不良反應(yīng),值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of soothing the liver and stomach in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with hepatogastric disharmony, and to explore the clinical effect and clinical value of soothing the liver and stomach in treating the patients with hepatogastric disharmony. Methods: sixty patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who met the standard of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine were divided into control group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsule and omeprazole decoction as the principle of treatment. The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsule for 8 weeks. The main symptoms and secondary symptoms of the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment. The changes of endoscopic examination were collected after the course of treatment, the curative effect was evaluated and the results were analyzed. Results: in the treatment group, 0 cases were cured, 11 cases were effective, 17 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%. In the control group, 0 cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly effective, 16 cases were effective, and 8 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). It was effective for the symptoms of heartburn, regurgitation and anorexia. The curative effect of the treatment group and the control group was similar to that of the control group (P 0.05). Compared with the curative effect of gastroscope, both groups showed obvious improvement under gastroscopy, and the curative effect of the two groups was similar to that of P0.05. During the whole course of treatment, no adverse reactions were observed in the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion: the method of soothing the liver and stomach in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with disharmony of liver and stomach has a remarkable curative effect. It can obviously improve the uncomfortable symptoms of the patients and improve the quality of life of the patients without adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
