【摘要】：目的:觀察西黃膠囊治療輕中度癌性疼痛的臨床療效。方法:將60例輕度癌痛患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組各30例,對(duì)照組給予塞來(lái)昔布膠囊,治療組給予西黃膠囊。將64例中度癌痛患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組各32例。對(duì)照組給予鹽酸曲馬多緩釋膠囊,治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予西黃膠囊。觀察各組的臨床療效,生活質(zhì)量療效、止痛起效時(shí)間及維持時(shí)間。結(jié)果:輕度癌痛患者治療組效率為83.3%,對(duì)照組有效率為86.7%,兩組有效率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療組止痛起效時(shí)間為(4.26±0.81)h,對(duì)照組為(1.43±0.67)h,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),但兩組止痛維持時(shí)間比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組生活質(zhì)量療效比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。中度癌痛治療組有效率為84.4%,對(duì)照組有效率為65.6%,兩組患者臨床療效比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療組止痛起效時(shí)間(39.11±9.65)min,短于對(duì)照組的(45.36±9.44)min,兩組比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療組止痛維持時(shí)間為(10.52±1.58)h,長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組的(9.56±1.55)h,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組生活質(zhì)量療效比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:西黃膠囊可單獨(dú)運(yùn)用于輕度癌性疼痛,起效時(shí)間稍長(zhǎng);對(duì)于中度疼痛,西黃膠囊聯(lián)合西藥止痛劑可以提高止痛療效,縮短起效時(shí)間,延長(zhǎng)止痛維持時(shí)間,且可提高患者生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Xihuang capsule on mild and moderate cancer pain. Methods: 60 patients with mild cancer pain were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was given celecoxib capsule and the treatment group was treated with Xihuang capsule. 64 patients with moderate cancer pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given tramadol hydrochloride sustained release capsule, and the treatment group was given Xihuang capsule on the basis of control group. The clinical effect, quality of life, analgesic effect and maintenance time were observed. Results: the effective rate was 83.3 in the treatment group and 86.7 in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), the time of analgesic effect in the treatment group was 4.26 鹵0.81hand that in the control group was 1.43 鹵0.67h. the difference was statistically significant, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the maintenance time of pain relief (P 0.05), there was no significant difference in the effect of quality of life between the two groups (P 0.05). The effective rate of moderate cancer pain treatment group was 84.4 and that of control group was 65.65.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), the time of analgesic effect in treatment group was 39.11 鹵9.65 min, shorter than that in control group (45.36 鹵9.44 min). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the maintenance time of pain relief in the treatment group was 10.52 鹵1.58 h, which was longer than that in the control group (9.56 鹵1.55 h), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Xihuang capsule can be used for mild cancer pain alone, and for moderate pain, Xihuang capsule combined with western medicine analgesic can improve the analgesic effect, shorten the onset time and prolong the maintenance time of pain relief. And can improve the quality of life of patients.
