【摘要】：目的:總結(jié)高天舒教授運(yùn)用芳香藥物治療原發(fā)性甲狀腺功能減退癥的學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與思想。方法:本文歸納了高天舒教授對原發(fā)性甲狀腺功能減退癥的認(rèn)識,回顧了芳香藥物的源流發(fā)展,重點(diǎn)闡述了高天舒教授在原發(fā)性甲狀腺功能減退癥中醫(yī)藥治療中對芳香藥物的運(yùn)用,文獻(xiàn)綜述部分介紹了中醫(yī)和西醫(yī)關(guān)于原發(fā)性甲狀腺功能減退癥的研究進(jìn)展。結(jié)果:高天舒教授認(rèn)為本病歸屬于虛勞范疇,強(qiáng)調(diào)甲狀腺與脾的密切聯(lián)系,基本病機(jī)為脾氣虛衰、痰毒彌漫,治療原發(fā)性甲狀腺功能減退癥以健脾益氣、化痰解毒為治療原則,善用芳香藥物提高臨床療效,為患者解除了病痛。結(jié)論:對高天舒教授運(yùn)用芳香藥物治療原發(fā)性甲狀腺功能減退癥的學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與思想進(jìn)行總結(jié)能夠?yàn)楸静〉闹嗅t(yī)治療提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize Professor Gao Tianshu's academic experience and thoughts on the treatment of primary hypothyroidism with aromatic drugs. Methods: professor Gao Tianshu's understanding of primary hypothyroidism was summarized, and the origin and development of aromatic drugs were reviewed. The application of aromatic drugs in the treatment of primary hypothyroidism by Professor Gao Tianshu is described in detail. In the part of literature review, the research progress on primary hypothyroidism in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is introduced. Results: professor Gao Tianshu thought that the disease belongs to the category of asthenia, and emphasized the close relation between thyroid gland and spleen. The basic pathogenesis of the disease was spleen deficiency and deficiency of qi, phlegm and toxin diffuse. The treatment of primary hypothyroidism was based on strengthening spleen and supplementing qi and resolving phlegm and detoxification. The best use of aromatic drugs to improve the clinical efficacy, for the patient to relieve the pain. Conclusion: professor Gao Tianshu's academic experience and thoughts on the treatment of primary hypothyroidism with aromatic drugs can provide a new idea for TCM treatment of this disease.
