【摘要】：目的：評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)用養(yǎng)陰生肌散聯(lián)合蛋黃油換藥對(duì)肛裂患者術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合的影響。方法：將2015年2月至2016年2月期間在如皋市中醫(yī)院住院接受肛裂切除、內(nèi)括約肌松解術(shù)的64例肛裂患者按照隨機(jī)原則分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(養(yǎng)陰生肌散+蛋黃油組)和對(duì)照組(肛泰軟膏組),實(shí)驗(yàn)組便后采用養(yǎng)陰生肌散聯(lián)合蛋黃油創(chuàng)面換藥,對(duì)照組采用肛泰軟膏創(chuàng)面換藥；觀察兩組患者換藥前后疼痛評(píng)分、出血評(píng)分、紅腫情況評(píng)分、分泌物評(píng)分、同等時(shí)間創(chuàng)面愈合率、創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間,并進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果：養(yǎng)陰生肌散+蛋黃油組和肛泰軟膏組在創(chuàng)面愈合率方面無(wú)明顯差異,但養(yǎng)陰生肌散+蛋黃油組在創(chuàng)面出血、疼痛、紅腫、滲出及同等時(shí)間創(chuàng)面愈合率、平均創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間方面均優(yōu)于肛泰軟膏組。說(shuō)明養(yǎng)陰生肌散聯(lián)合蛋黃油創(chuàng)面換藥能明顯改善肛裂術(shù)后患者的出血、疼痛等癥狀,減少創(chuàng)面紅腫、滲出情況,有效促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合。結(jié)論：運(yùn)用養(yǎng)陰生肌散聯(lián)合蛋黃油創(chuàng)面換藥來(lái)促進(jìn)肛裂術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合是安全有效的,具有傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)簡(jiǎn)、便、廉等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是肛腸術(shù)后創(chuàng)面換藥的有益補(bǔ)充。運(yùn)用中醫(yī)藥來(lái)促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合,擴(kuò)展中醫(yī)藥臨床應(yīng)用,讓我們對(duì)中醫(yī)藥干預(yù)創(chuàng)面愈合有了更多的期望,為我們開(kāi)展臨床工作提供了更廣泛思路。雖然目前已取得一定成果,但因應(yīng)用較為局限,多中心、大樣本研究報(bào)道較少,有待于進(jìn)一步深入研究探討。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of Yangyin Shengji Powder combined with egg yolk oil on wound healing after anal fissure. Methods: from February 2015 to February 2016, anal fissure resection was performed in Rugao traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. 64 cases of anal fissure treated by internal sphincter lysis were randomly divided into experimental group (yolk oil group) and control group (anal tai ointment group). The experimental group was treated with Yangyin Shengjisan combined with egg yolk oil. The pain score, bleeding score, redness score, secretion score, wound healing rate and wound healing time before and after dressing change were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: there was no significant difference in wound healing rate between the yolk oil group and the Shentai ointment group, but the wound healing rate was found in the bleeding, pain, redness, exudation and wound healing rate in the Yangyin Shengji San egg yolk oil group. The average healing time of wound was better than that of Zhantai ointment group. The results showed that Yangyin Shengji Powder combined with egg yolk oil dressing could obviously improve the bleeding and pain symptoms of the patients after anal fissure, reduce the redness and exudation of the wound, and promote the wound healing effectively. Conclusion: it is safe and effective to use Yangyin Shengji Powder combined with egg yolk oil to promote the wound healing after anal fissure. The application of Chinese medicine to promote wound healing and expand the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine, let us have more expectations for Chinese medicine to intervene wound healing, and provide a more extensive way of thinking for us to carry out clinical work. Although some achievements have been made at present, due to the limitation of application, multi-center and large sample research reports are few, which need to be further studied and discussed.
