【摘要】：根據(jù)中醫(yī)絡(luò)病理論,提出西醫(yī)病理學(xué)概念動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化屬于"脈絡(luò)血管系統(tǒng)病"。動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的發(fā)生發(fā)展是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)演變過(guò)程,絡(luò)氣郁滯/虛滯是血管病變的始動(dòng)病機(jī)并貫穿病變?nèi)^(guò)程;脈絡(luò)瘀阻與動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化斑塊形成的病理變化相一致;脈絡(luò)瘀阻易引起脈絡(luò)絀急,而脈絡(luò)絀急可進(jìn)一步加重脈絡(luò)瘀阻;脈絡(luò)瘀阻或絀急發(fā)展加重可導(dǎo)致脈絡(luò)完全性阻塞而使血流中斷,臟腑組織由于血?dú)夤⿷?yīng)中斷而發(fā)生嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷,形成脈絡(luò)瘀塞、絡(luò)息成積。各種致病因素傷及脈絡(luò)所致病機(jī)變化的實(shí)質(zhì)是"不通",絡(luò)病治療的根本目的在于保持脈絡(luò)通暢。"絡(luò)以通為用"是"脈絡(luò)血管系統(tǒng)病"的治療總則,通絡(luò)方藥對(duì)于該系統(tǒng)病具有顯著療效。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of collaterals disease in traditional Chinese medicine, this paper puts forward the concept of pathology of western medicine, atherosclerosis belongs to "choroidal vascular disease". The occurrence and development of atherosclerosis is a dynamic process, the stagnation of collaterals and qi is the origin of vascular diseases and runs through the whole process of atherosclerosis, the choroid stasis is consistent with the pathological changes of atherosclerotic plaques. Choroid stasis can easily cause choroidal congestion, which can be further aggravated by choroidal stasis. Choroidal stasis or rapid development can lead to complete choroid obstruction and lead to blood flow disruption, and the viscera tissues are seriously damaged by the interruption of blood gas supply. The formation of choroid stasis plug, collaterals and information into a product. The essence of pathogenesis change caused by various pathogenic factors and choroid is "impassable", the fundamental purpose of collateral disease treatment is to keep the vein unobstructed. " It is the general principle of treating choroidal vascular system disease. The prescriptions of Tongluo prescription have remarkable curative effect on the disease.
