【摘要】：目的:本研究擬通過對(duì)艾滋病相關(guān)性腹瀉患者的體質(zhì)分類,為中醫(yī)藥用于臨床救治提供理論指導(dǎo)。方法:對(duì)136例患者采用現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查的方法,根據(jù)患者回答情況,如實(shí)填寫中醫(yī)體質(zhì)分類與判定表,依標(biāo)準(zhǔn)判定體質(zhì)類型。結(jié)果:單一型體質(zhì)類型共計(jì)8例(5.88%),2種復(fù)合型體質(zhì)共計(jì)41例(30.15%),3種及以上復(fù)合型體質(zhì)共計(jì)87例(63.97%);與氣虛質(zhì)相關(guān)共計(jì)46例(33.82%),與陽虛質(zhì)相關(guān)共計(jì)38例(27.94%)。結(jié)論:從體質(zhì)角度來干預(yù)艾滋病相關(guān)性腹瀉,采取辨證論治和辨體論治相結(jié)合,為中醫(yī)藥參與艾滋病臨床救治提供新的切入點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide theoretical guidance for the clinical treatment of AIDS-related diarrhea patients by classifying their physique. Methods: 136 patients were investigated by the method of present situation. According to the answers of the patients, the classification and judging form of constitution of TCM were filled out truthfully, and the types of constitution were judged according to the standard. Results: a total of 8 cases with 5. 88% and 2 kinds of complex constitution total 41 cases (30. 15%) and 3 or more complex types (87 cases) were involved in 63.97 cases, 46 cases were related to qi deficiency (33. 82%) and 38 cases were related to yang deficiency (27. 94). Conclusion: to intervene AIDS-related diarrhea from the aspect of constitution, the combination of syndrome differentiation and physical treatment can provide a new breakthrough point for TCM to participate in clinical treatment of AIDS.
