【摘要】：目的探討活血生肌湯對糖尿病足末梢循環(huán)的干預作用。方法選取2015年2月—2016年2月在該院診斷為糖尿病足末梢血管病變的60例患者進行研究,將其隨機分為兩組,對照組給予常規(guī)治療,觀察組在此基礎上增加活血生肌湯治療,比較其臨床效果。結果治療3個月后,觀察組患者的足趾溫度、踝肱指數(shù)(ABI)、足背動脈的血管內徑以及血流速度顯著優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論糖尿病足末梢循環(huán)采用活血生肌湯治療可以明顯改善循環(huán)狀況,有顯著的臨床作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Huoxue Shengji decoction on peripheral circulation of diabetic foot. Methods from February 2015 to February 2016, 60 patients with diabetic foot peripheral vascular disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with routine therapy, and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Shengji decoction. The clinical effect was compared. Results after 3 months of treatment, the toe temperature, ankle brachial index (malleolus index), blood vessel diameter and blood flow velocity of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of diabetic foot peripheral circulation with Huoxue Shengji decoction can obviously improve the circulation status and has a significant clinical effect.
