【摘要】：原發(fā)性高血壓病是西醫(yī)臨床中常見的心血管系統(tǒng)疾病,其主要是以血壓升高為主要臨床表現(xiàn),迄今仍是危害人類身心健康的一類高發(fā)性疾病,且正日趨于年輕化。根據(jù)其主要臨床表現(xiàn),中醫(yī)古籍中將其歸屬于中醫(yī)的“眩暈、頭痛”等范疇。西醫(yī)西藥單純的控制血壓治療現(xiàn)已不能滿足人們的求醫(yī)訴求,中醫(yī)藥在治療原發(fā)性高血壓病優(yōu)勢顯著,在控制患者血壓的基礎(chǔ)上,還能改善患者的臨床癥狀,提高患者的生活質(zhì)量。于睿教授認(rèn)為肝臟與原發(fā)性高血壓病發(fā)病關(guān)系密切——不獨(dú)責(zé)于肝、但必及于肝,且善于運(yùn)用從肝論治的理論治療原發(fā)性高血壓病,認(rèn)為情志失調(diào)、飲食不節(jié)為致病的主要病因,從肝陽上亢、肝火上炎、肝氣郁結(jié),肝氣虛損、肝血虧虛、肝陽不足、肝陰虧耗等不同的證型論治原發(fā)性高血壓病,形成了以平肝、清肝、疏肝、補(bǔ)肝、養(yǎng)肝、暖肝、柔肝為主的治療大法,為患者們制定了符合自己病情的個(gè)體化診療方案,在臨床收效顯著。本文在前期整理和挖掘于睿教授的臨證醫(yī)案后,總結(jié)歸納于睿教授從肝論治原發(fā)性高血壓病之學(xué)術(shù)特色和臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),希冀為臨床診療原發(fā)性高血壓病開拓一個(gè)新思路。
[Abstract]:Essential hypertension (EH) is a common cardiovascular system disease in western medicine. Its main clinical manifestation is elevated blood pressure. Up to now, it is still a kind of high risk disease that endangers human physical and mental health, and it tends to be younger every day. According to its main clinical manifestations, the ancient books of TCM belong to the category of vertigo and headache. Western medicine alone can not meet the demands of people seeking medical treatment. Chinese medicine has a significant advantage in the treatment of essential hypertension. On the basis of controlling patients' blood pressure, it can also improve the clinical symptoms of patients. Improve the quality of life of patients. Professor Yu Rui believes that the liver is closely related to the onset of essential hypertension-not only the liver, but also the liver, and is good at applying the theory of treating essential hypertension from the liver theory. Diet disorder is the main cause of disease. Different syndrome types, such as hyperactivity of liver yang, inflammation of liver fire, stagnation of liver qi, deficiency of liver blood, deficiency of liver yang and deficiency of liver yin, are used to treat essential hypertension, resulting in the treatment of essential hypertension by calming the liver, clearing the liver, and soothing the liver. Invigorating liver, nourishing liver, warming liver and softening liver are the main treatment methods, which make individualized diagnosis and treatment plan according to their own condition, and have remarkable effect in clinic. After sorting out and excavating Professor Yu Rui's clinical medical records, this paper summarizes the academic characteristics and clinical experience of Professor Yu Rui's treatment of essential hypertension from the liver, hoping to open up a new way for clinical diagnosis and treatment of essential hypertension.
