【摘要】：目的:觀察刺絡(luò)瀉血療法對(duì)高尿酸血癥模型大鼠血尿酸及相關(guān)酶活性的影響并探討其機(jī)制。方法:將40只清潔級(jí)SD大鼠分為正常組、模型組、別嘌呤醇組及刺絡(luò)瀉血組,每組10只,以腺嘌呤、鹽酸乙胺丁醇混合液灌胃造模。第4周造模成功后,別嘌呤醇組按照0.03 g/(kg·d)的劑量給大鼠灌胃別嘌呤醇,2次/周;刺絡(luò)瀉血組選取大鼠委中穴及足三里穴穴位附近的血絡(luò),出血0.3~0.5 m L,至第8周。第9周后腹主動(dòng)脈取血,采用磷鎢酸法測(cè)定血尿酸,采用酶比色法測(cè)定黃嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)和腺苷脫氨酶(ADA)的含量。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,與正常組相比,模型組SUA、ADA、XOD含量均顯著增高(P0.05),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;與模型組相比,別嘌呤醇組SUA、XOD含量顯著降低(P0.05),刺絡(luò)瀉血組SUA、ADA、XOD含量差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:刺絡(luò)瀉血療法可以有效抑制XOD、ADA活性,降低高尿酸血癥大鼠SUA水平。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of pricking collaterals and purging blood on the activity of serum uric acid and related enzymes in hyperuricemia rats and to explore its mechanism. Methods: forty SD rats of clean grade were divided into normal group, model group, allopurinol group and prickly purging blood group with 10 rats in each group. After the model was established successfully at the 4th week, the rats in the allopurinol group were given intragastric administration of allopurinol twice a week according to the dose of 0.03 g/(kg d, and the blood collaterals near the acupoints of Weizhong and Zusanli of the rats in the pricking collaterals were selected and bleeding was 0.3 ~ 0.5 mL to the 8th week. After 9 weeks, the contents of serum uric acid, xanthine oxidase (XODO) and adenosine deaminase (ADA) were determined by phosphotungstic acid method, xanthine oxidase XODs and adenosine deaminase (ADA). Results: after the end of the experiment, compared with the normal group, the XOD content of the model group was significantly higher than that of the normal group, the difference was statistically significant, compared with the model group, the XOD content of SUAA XOD in the allopurinol group was significantly lower than that in the model group, and the difference of the XOD content in the SUAA ADAXOD group in the prickly purge blood group was significantly higher than that in the model group. Conclusion: pricking collaterals and purging blood therapy can effectively inhibit the activity of ADA and decrease the level of SUA in hyperuricemia rats.
