【摘要】：補(bǔ)瀉刺法源于《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》,在后世得到了豐富的發(fā)展,這于統(tǒng)編《針灸學(xué)》教材及術(shù)語規(guī)范等文本中有所體現(xiàn)。但過于繁復(fù)多樣的補(bǔ)瀉刺法實(shí)不利于其要義的傳達(dá)與運(yùn)用。梳理現(xiàn)代對(duì)補(bǔ)瀉的定義與分類,提出解決這一問題的必要性;通過對(duì)《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》中針刺補(bǔ)瀉載述的研究,提出補(bǔ)瀉刺法的本義實(shí)為順勢(shì)思維的質(zhì)樸體現(xiàn);而其愈漸玄化的原因,在于對(duì)"氣"的理解失當(dāng)。在解讀經(jīng)文的過程中,應(yīng)特別注意對(duì)古代思想與語言特點(diǎn)的把握,辨析其中觀念論述與經(jīng)驗(yàn)記述兩類內(nèi)容,避免混淆理解與運(yùn)用的謬誤。
[Abstract]:The method of reinforcing and reducing needling originated from Huangdi's Internal Classic and developed a lot in later generations, which is reflected in the compilation of textbooks and terminology of acupuncture and moxibustion. However, the complicated and diverse reinforcing and purging needling method is not conducive to the transmission and application of its main meaning. Combing the definition and classification of reinforcing and reducing in modern times, the necessity of solving this problem is put forward, and through the study of acupuncture and reflexes in Huangdi's Internal Classic, it is put forward that the original meaning of the method of reinforcing and reducing is the simple embodiment of homeopathic thinking. The reason for its increasing metaphysics lies in the improper understanding of Qi. In the process of reading the scripture, we should pay special attention to the understanding of the ancient thought and language characteristics, distinguish and analyze the two kinds of contents of concept exposition and experience description, so as to avoid the fallacy of confusing understanding and application.
