【摘要】：通過研讀《未刻本葉天士醫(yī)案》中運用燥潤結(jié)合法配伍的醫(yī)案,探尋葉天士運用燥潤結(jié)合法的規(guī)律。葉天士運用燥潤結(jié)合法施治病證范圍廣泛,病理層次涉及衛(wèi)氣營血,涵蓋上中下三焦部位;燥潤結(jié)合法配伍具有集扶正祛邪于一體的作用,若配伍有度可使養(yǎng)陰扶正與祛濕驅(qū)邪各得其宜;而其臨證運用需分標本緩急,或暫治其標以祛邪,或直治其本以調(diào)體。葉天士對燥潤結(jié)合法的運用主要體現(xiàn)于論治陽明病,故以此作為具體例證等,這些認識可為臨床治療類似復(fù)雜病機提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:By studying the medical records of Ye Tianshi with the method of combining dryness and moisturizing in the unengraved case of Ye Tianshi, this paper explores the law of Ye Tianshi's application of the method of moistening and combining with dryness. Ye Tianshi applied dryness combined with the method to treat the disease syndrome in a wide range, the pathological level involved Wei Qi, ying blood, covering the upper, middle and lower parts of the three coke, dry and moistening combined with the method has the function of strengthening the qi and dispelling evil in one, If compatibility degree can make nourishing Yin and dispelling dampness and exorcising evil, it is appropriate to use its clinical syndrome, or temporarily treat its standard to dispel evil, or directly treat its original body to adjust its body. Ye Tianshi's application of the method of combining dryness and moistening is mainly reflected in the treatment of Yangming disease, so it can be used as a concrete example, which can be used for reference for clinical treatment of similar complex pathogenesis.
