【摘要】：總結徐力教授運用三段六辨論治療大腸癌的經(jīng)驗。歸納教授在臨床診治大腸癌的主要辨治分型與對應方藥及各種臨床主要表現(xiàn)的證治經(jīng)驗,并探討教授在臨證中如何從整體與局部、辨證與辨病、宏觀與微觀等方面把握本病并進行中醫(yī)治療的特色和優(yōu)勢。三段六辨是指治療過程分為三個階段、姑輔助治療期、維持治療期、姑息治療期。六辨包括辨病位、辨病理類型、辨腫瘤標志水平、辨病機、辨證及辨兼夾癥狀。以達到對術后放化療能減毒增效、抗轉移復發(fā)作用、提高患者生活質量、延長生存期帶瘤生存等目的。臨床研究方面收集教授門診治療的大腸癌34例資料、290處方、運用SPSS.23進行整理、統(tǒng)計、分析、總結,觀察總藥物的次數(shù)和頻率、常用藥物的四氣五味和歸經(jīng)的分布。
[Abstract]:Professor Xu Li's experience in the treatment of colorectal cancer with three paragraphs and six arguments was summarized. To sum up the professor's experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer, including the main types of differentiation and treatment of colorectal cancer and their corresponding prescriptions, as well as the experience of syndrome and treatment of major clinical manifestations, and to discuss how the professor can differentiate and differentiate diseases from the whole and local aspects in clinical practice. Macroscopically and microscopically grasp the characteristics and advantages of TCM treatment. The treatment process is divided into three stages: adjuvant treatment, maintenance treatment and palliative treatment. Six differential diagnosis includes disease location, pathological type, tumor marker level, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and symptom differentiation. In order to reduce the toxicity and increase the effect of chemotherapy, anti-metastasis and recurrence, improve the quality of life of patients, prolong the survival time with tumor survival and so on. In clinical research, the data of 34 cases of colorectal cancer treated in outpatient clinic were collected and treated with SPSS.23. The frequency and frequency of total drugs, the distribution of four qi and five flavors of common drugs and the distribution of the meridian were observed by SPSS.23.
