【摘要】：目的:對中醫(yī)特色慢病管理治療潰瘍性結腸炎(UC)的近期、遠期療效、預防復發(fā)及其安全性作出科學評價。方法:采用隨機、對照的方法,選擇UC緩解期患者60例,隨機分為兩組:治療組給予中醫(yī)特色慢病管理模式,對照組給予目前西醫(yī)對維持緩解UC有效的所有藥物作為對照,其中,以艾迪莎(美沙拉嗪)為主。療程均為6個月,每月隨訪記錄癥狀,主要觀察臨床癥狀療效、復發(fā)率、臨床活動指數(shù)及內(nèi)鏡指數(shù)的變化、生活質(zhì)量、不良反應和費用。結果:治療6個月后,治療組與對照組相比,復發(fā)率相當且不良反應少,改善癥狀持久穩(wěn)定,并改善貧血等全身癥狀,提高腸道黏膜愈合質(zhì)量,減少醫(yī)療費用,提高生活質(zhì)量。結論:中醫(yī)慢病管理治療UC緩解期有一定的優(yōu)勢和發(fā)展?jié)摿?具有價廉、有效、安全等優(yōu)點,值得進一步深入研究、探討并推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the short term and long term curative effect, prevention and safety of ulcerative colitis (UC) treated by management of characteristic chronic diseases of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods: sixty UC patients in remission period were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristic chronic disease management model, and the control group was treated with all the drugs that were effective in maintaining the remission of UC. Among them, the main is Edessa (Mesalazine). The course of treatment was 6 months. The symptoms were recorded every month. The changes of clinical symptoms, recurrence rate, clinical activity index and endoscopic index, quality of life, adverse reactions and expenses were observed. Results: after 6 months of treatment, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was equal to that of the control group, and the adverse reactions were less, the symptoms were improved and the systemic symptoms such as anemia were improved, the healing quality of intestinal mucosa was improved, the medical expenses were reduced, and the quality of life was improved. Conclusion: the management of chronic diseases in TCM has some advantages and development potential in the remission period of UC. It has the advantages of cheap, effective and safe, which is worthy of further study, discussion and popularization.
