【摘要】：目的觀察肛門洗劑促進(jìn)肛瘺術(shù)后創(chuàng)面恢復(fù)的效果。方法選取100例肛瘺術(shù)后患者,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,各50例。術(shù)后第2天對(duì)照組患者給予高錳酸鉀熏洗,觀察組患者給予肛門洗劑熏洗,連續(xù)治療14天。比較兩組患者臨床療效、癥狀積分、創(chuàng)面面積、創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間、創(chuàng)面縱徑,同時(shí)檢測(cè)轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子-β1(TGF-β1)、血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子(VEGF)表達(dá)。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組[80%(40/50)]比較,觀察組臨床有效率[96%(48/50)]明顯升高(χ2=6.061,P=0.014)。與本組術(shù)后1天相比較,兩組患者術(shù)后7、14天時(shí)創(chuàng)面疼痛、創(chuàng)面滲出、創(chuàng)面水腫等癥狀評(píng)分均降低,TGF-β1、VEGF表達(dá)增高(P0.05),且觀察組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。與對(duì)照組比較,觀察組創(chuàng)面面積、創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間、創(chuàng)面縱徑均明顯減少(t=2.954、2.911、3.125,P=0.042、0.046、0.011)。結(jié)論肛門洗劑可促進(jìn)肛瘺術(shù)后創(chuàng)面恢復(fù),其作用可能與上調(diào)TGF-β1、VEGF表達(dá)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of anal lotion on wound recovery after anal fistula.Methods 100 cases of postoperative anal fistula were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate on the second day after operation, and the patients in the observation group were treated with anal lotion for 14 days.The clinical efficacy, symptom score, wound area, wound healing time and wound longitudinal diameter were compared between the two groups. The expression of transforming growth factor- 尾 1 (TGF- 尾 1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were detected.Results compared with the control group (80 / 50), the clinical effective rate [96 / 48 / 50] in the observation group was significantly increased (蠂 ~ 2 / 6.061).Compared with 1 day after operation, the scores of pain, exudation and edema of wound were decreased in both groups, and the expression of VEGF in TGF- 尾 _ 1 was higher than that in control group (P0.05), and the observation group was superior to the control group (P 0.05).Compared with the control group, the wound area, wound healing time and the longitudinal diameter of the wound in the observation group were significantly reduced by 2.954U 2.9113.125Pu 0.042U 0.046m 0.011.Conclusion anal lotion can promote the recovery of wound after anal fistula, which may be related to the up-regulation of TGF- 尾 _ 1 VEGF expression.
