壯藥錫葉藤藥材質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究

【摘要】:目的:建立錫葉藤藥材的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法:對錫葉藤根的性狀、顯微進(jìn)行鑒別;采用薄層色譜法(TLC)對錫葉藤進(jìn)行定性鑒別;采用HPLC法測定藥材中的沒食子酸含量,色譜柱為Phenomenex C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流動相為甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(5∶95),檢測波長280 nm,流速1 m L·min-1,柱溫30℃。結(jié)果:錫葉藤根的薄層鑒別鑒別特征明顯,專屬性強(qiáng);沒食子酸的進(jìn)樣量在0.026 8~1.342μg(r=0.999 9)范圍內(nèi)與峰面積積分值呈良好線性關(guān)系,平均加樣回收率為99.65%(RSD=1.26%,n=6)。結(jié)論:所建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可用于錫葉藤藥材的質(zhì)量控制。
