【摘要】："證候"作為中醫(yī)學(xué)對疾病現(xiàn)象特有的認(rèn)知形式,是中醫(yī)理論在臨床診療中最具體的體現(xiàn)。其核心內(nèi)容是中醫(yī)原創(chuàng)性思維"象思維"背景下"象-素-候-證"的病機(jī)證候要素的整合。從象思維出發(fā),以復(fù)雜巨系統(tǒng)的觀點(diǎn),結(jié)合整體觀系統(tǒng)論,探索證候的哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)和文化屬性,象思維演繹出的本體論特征在哲學(xué)上超越了二元論認(rèn)識(shí)的局限性,也體現(xiàn)人文醫(yī)學(xué)的自覺和回歸,作為中醫(yī)學(xué)的靈魂和核心內(nèi)涵具有傳承和創(chuàng)新的深遠(yuǎn)意義。
[Abstract]:Syndromes, as a special cognitive form of TCM for disease phenomenon, is the most concrete embodiment of TCM theory in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Its core content is the integration of the pathogenesis and syndromes of "Xiang-Su-syndrome" under the background of "image thinking" in the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.From the point of view of the complex giant system and the system theory of the whole view, this paper explores the philosophical basis and cultural attributes of syndromes. The ontological characteristics deduced by the image thinking transcend the limitation of dualism in philosophy.It also reflects the consciousness and return of humanistic medicine. As the soul and core connotation of traditional Chinese medicine, it has profound significance of inheritance and innovation.
