【摘要】：燒山火和透天涼是臨床常用的一類熱補(bǔ)涼瀉的復(fù)式手法。古今文獻(xiàn)中有大量關(guān)于寒熱手法的記載,主要介紹手法的具體操作,但基本上沒有對(duì)手法的起源、形成、發(fā)展進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究,更沒有把手法操作的技術(shù)關(guān)鍵講明白,缺乏全面、系統(tǒng)的研究。本研究主要通過對(duì)關(guān)于燒山火和透天涼手法文獻(xiàn)的匯總和分析,研究其起源,操作手法的發(fā)展,探討張縉教授對(duì)燒山火和透天涼復(fù)式手法的形成過程的思路。分別對(duì)《內(nèi)經(jīng)》及其后歷代論著和當(dāng)代有關(guān)寒熱手法的針灸著作、中國知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫文獻(xiàn)收集整理和分析,運(yùn)用中醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)理論及文獻(xiàn)學(xué)方法,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法,分析其具體操作手法的差異。研究結(jié)果:《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中的“徐、疾”手法是寒熱手法的源頭。《難經(jīng)》中的“動(dòng)、推”手法講清楚了在施針過程用力的方向和力度�！督疳樫x》中首次提出“燒山火”和“透天涼”的命名。明代以后針灸界都尊此為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。張縉教授在學(xué)習(xí)古人的基礎(chǔ)上,在當(dāng)年針法灸法分會(huì)的交流平臺(tái)下,得以目睹多位現(xiàn)代針刺手法名家的現(xiàn)場操作,結(jié)合自己的臨床應(yīng)用,逐漸形成了“燒山火”和“透天涼”的規(guī)范操作,并與全國針灸領(lǐng)域的專家們共同制訂了其操作的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),同時(shí)提出了操作手法的技術(shù)關(guān)鍵,包括“徐疾”、“動(dòng)推”、“分層的問題”、“基礎(chǔ)針感”、“針灸基本功”。張縉教授刪繁撮簡,均厘定了術(shù)式,闡明了操作程序,說明了操作要領(lǐng),點(diǎn)明了技術(shù)關(guān)鍵。如果用一句話來總結(jié)張縉老師對(duì)手法研究的思路,“博學(xué)之、審問之、慎思之、明辨之、篤行之”《中庸》中的這一句話,已經(jīng)概括了張縉教授研究手法總的思路。
[Abstract]:The burning of mountain fire and diaphanous cooling is a kind of compound technique which is commonly used in clinic.In ancient and modern literature, there are a large number of records on the cold and heat techniques, which mainly introduce the specific operation of the techniques, but basically there is no systematic study on the origin, formation, and development of the techniques, and there is no clear explanation of the technical key points of the manipulation.Lack of comprehensive, systematic research.Through the collection and analysis of the literature about burning mountain fire and diaphanous cool technique, this study studies the origin and the development of operation technique, and probes into Professor Zhang Jin's thinking on the forming process of burning mountain fire and diaphanous compound technique.To collect and analyze the works of Nei Jing and later dynasties, and the contemporary acupuncture and moxibustion works about cold and heat manipulation, and the database of Chinese knowledge and Web, and to use the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the method of bibliography, combined with modern statistical methods.Analyze the difference of its concrete operation technique.The results showed that the "Xu, Ji" technique in the "Inner Classic" was the source of the "cold and heat" technique, and the "movement" in the "difficult Sutra".The method of pushing clearly explains the direction and strength of the force in the process of needle application. In the Fu of Gold Needle, the names of "burning mountain fire" and "cool through the sky" are first put forward.Since the Ming Dynasty, acupuncture and moxibustion circles have respected this as the standard.On the basis of learning from the ancients, Professor Zhang Jin was able to witness the on-site operation of many famous modern acupuncture practitioners and their own clinical applications under the exchange platform of the branch of acupuncture and moxibustion.Gradually formed the standard operation of "burning mountain fire" and "passing through the sky cool", and worked out the national standard of operation together with the experts in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion. At the same time, it put forward the technical key of the operation technique, including "Xu Ji" and "dynamic push".The problem of stratification, the feeling of basic Needle, the basic skill of Acupuncture and moxibustion.Professor Zhang Jin erased a few simple, have determined the operation method, elaborated the operation procedure, explained the operation essentials, pointed out the technical key.If we use one sentence to sum up teacher Zhang Jin's thinking on the study of techniques, "learned, interrogated, thoughtfully considered, discernible, and committed to act", this sentence in the "the mean" has already summed up the general thinking of Professor Zhang Jin's research techniques.
