【摘要】：目的：通過臨床療效觀察,客觀評價“清發(fā)湯”外洗治療頭皮油性皮脂溢出的有效性及安全性。為臨床治療頭皮油性皮脂溢出提供一種更方便、有效的中醫(yī)藥治療方案。方法：采用隨機、對照的原則將符合頭皮油性皮脂溢出診斷標準的60例患者分為治療組和對照組。治療組采用“清發(fā)湯”外洗,對照組采用“希爾生(2.5%二硫化硒洗劑)”外洗,分別對兩組治療前后的癥狀積分等進行比較,進行統(tǒng)計學分析,做出療效判定。結(jié)果：臨床觀察顯示,治療組總有效率86.21%,對照組總有效率78.57%。兩組總有效率無明顯差異(P0.05)。兩組治療前后各臨床癥狀評分均有一定程度的改善(P均0.05)。治療組在改善油膩及效果維持方面優(yōu)于對照組(P均0.05)、對照組在改善頭屑方面優(yōu)于治療組(P0.05)。兩組在改善瘙癢程度上無明顯差異(P0.05)。治療過程中未見明顯不良反應導致患者退出試驗。結(jié)論：(1)“清發(fā)湯”及“希爾生”外洗在治療頭皮油性皮脂溢出方面均可以取得一定的療效,二者療效相當；(2)“清發(fā)湯”在改善油膩方面效果突出,且效果維持優(yōu)于“希爾生”,但祛屑效果不及“希爾生”；(3)“清發(fā)湯”外洗治療頭皮油性皮脂溢出簡便、有效,尤其表現(xiàn)在祛脂方面,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qingfa decoction in the treatment of oily sebum overflow of scalp.To provide a more convenient and effective Chinese medicine treatment for scalp oil sebum overflow.Methods: 60 patients with oily sebum overflow were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with "Qingfa decoction" and the control group was washed with "Hill Sheng Pao 2.5% selenium disulfide lotion". The symptom scores before and after treatment were compared and analyzed statistically, and the curative effect was determined.Results: the total effective rate was 86.21 in the treatment group and 78.57 in the control group.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P 0.05).The clinical symptom scores of both groups were improved to some extent before and after treatment (P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving greasy and maintaining effect than the control group (P 0.05), while the control group was superior to the treatment group in improving dandruff (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of pruritus between the two groups (P 0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed during the treatment resulting in the withdrawal of the patients from the trial.But the effect of removing dander is not as good as that of "Hill Sheng" and "Qingfa decoction". It is simple and effective to treat the oil sebum overflow of scalp, especially in the aspect of removing fat, so it is worth popularizing.
