【摘要】：澀脈是臨床常見的病理性脈象,有著重要的臨床指導(dǎo)意義。由于澀脈應(yīng)指感覺復(fù)雜,傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)關(guān)于澀脈的認(rèn)識(shí)多為"取象比類"的主觀描述,關(guān)于其特點(diǎn)的認(rèn)知存在爭(zhēng)議,難以確切的體會(huì)和把握,造成了其認(rèn)知困難。文章通過對(duì)歷代醫(yī)家關(guān)于澀脈的論述進(jìn)行梳理,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代脈診關(guān)于澀脈客觀化的研究成果,探析澀脈的形態(tài)特點(diǎn)以及存在爭(zhēng)議的地方,并對(duì)澀脈的形成機(jī)制進(jìn)行討論,提出從流利度將澀脈定義為單一脈的觀點(diǎn),為澀脈進(jìn)一步的客觀化研究做出有益探索。
[Abstract]:Acerbity pulse is a common pathological pulse in clinic and has important clinical significance.Because the acerbity pulse should refer to the feeling complex, the traditional Chinese medicine regarding the astringent vein cognition is the subjective description of "taking the image to compare the category", the cognition about its characteristic exists the dispute, it is difficult to understand and grasp exactly, has caused its cognition difficulty.By combing the exposition of the previous physicians about the astringent veins, combining with the research results of the modern pulse diagnosis on the objectification of the astringent veins, the paper probes into the morphological characteristics of the astringent veins and the places where there are disputes, and discusses the forming mechanism of the astringent veins.This paper puts forward the view that the astringent pulse is defined as a single vein from fluency, which is beneficial to the further research on the objectification of the astringent vein.
