【摘要】：目的:對(duì)補(bǔ)腎化瘀法聯(lián)合沙利度胺治療多發(fā)性骨髓瘤的臨床療效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。方法:將120例多發(fā)性骨髓瘤患者分為2組進(jìn)行對(duì)比治療,其中對(duì)照組采用VAD方案,治療組才對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上使用補(bǔ)腎化瘀法聯(lián)合沙利度胺治療。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過治療后,治療組的患者總有效率達(dá)到75%,對(duì)照組的患者總有效率達(dá)到60%。2組有效率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);在M蛋白、骨髓漿細(xì)胞、成骨細(xì)胞和破骨細(xì)胞等各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)上,2組與治療前相比均有明顯下降,而治療組下降較對(duì)照組更為明顯(P0.05),在腎功能、生活治療和不良反應(yīng)評(píng)估上,治療組患者較對(duì)照組患者所受化療的影響更小。結(jié)論:補(bǔ)腎化瘀法聯(lián)合沙利度胺治療多發(fā)性骨髓瘤的臨床療效更為顯著,并且具有不良反應(yīng)較少和治療后患者的生活質(zhì)量較高的優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有較大的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值,值得進(jìn)行推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis combined with thalidomide in the treatment of multiple myeloma.Methods: 120 patients with multiple myeloma were divided into two groups: the control group was treated with VAD regimen and the treatment group was treated with tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis combined with thalidomide.Results: after treatment, the total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group was 75 and that in the control group was 60.2. The difference was statistically significant in the M protein, bone marrow plasma cells,The indexes of osteoblast and osteoclast were significantly decreased in the two groups compared with before treatment, while the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group (P 0.05), in renal function, life therapy and adverse reaction evaluation.The effect of chemotherapy on the patients in the treatment group was less than that in the control group.Conclusion: the therapy of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis combined with thalidomide is more effective in the treatment of multiple myeloma and has the advantages of less adverse reactions and higher quality of life after treatment.It is worth popularizing.
