【摘要】：[目的]觀察當歸飲子外洗治療血虛風燥濕疹療效。[方法]使用隨機平行對照方法,將70例門診患者按就診順序號方法簡單隨機分兩組。對照組35例地氯雷他定,1片/次,1次/d。治療組35例當歸飲子(白芍10g,荷首烏、當歸各15g,白蒺藜、川芎各20g,防風、荊芥各10g,黃芪15g,徐長卿、夜交藤各10g,丹參15g,雞血藤20g,甘草6g),第一煎加水500mL,煎取200mL;第二煎加水400mL煎取200mL,二次藥汁混合分二次口服,第三煎加水600mL煎取400mL待溫度下降至45℃左右則將藥水外洗患處15min。連續(xù)治療4周為1療程。觀測臨床癥狀、不良反應。治療1療程,判定療效。[結果]治療組痊愈9例,顯效15例,有效10例,無效1例,總有效率97.14%;對照組痊愈4例,顯效10例,有效10例,無效11例,總有效率68.57%;治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。[結論]當歸飲子外洗治療血虛風燥濕疹,療效滿意,無嚴重不良反應,值得推廣。
