【摘要】：赤石脂是中醫(yī)臨床常見中藥,但只有通過經(jīng)典的配伍,合理的組方,才能充分發(fā)揮其療效。本文對(duì)張仲景《傷寒雜病論》中含赤石脂方劑進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并結(jié)合歷代名家方論和文獻(xiàn)資料,揭示張仲景辨證組方中赤石脂的配伍特點(diǎn),主要有配合其他石類,收石類重鎮(zhèn)之功;配合溫?zé)崴?以增溫澀之力;配合補(bǔ)益藥,以增補(bǔ)養(yǎng)之用。
[Abstract]:Hematite is a common traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine, but its curative effect can only be brought into full play by classical compatibility and rational prescription. This paper makes a statistical analysis on the prescription containing hematite in Zhang Zhongjing's Theory of Typhoid Fever Disease. Combining with the theories of famous scholars and literature, it reveals the compatibility characteristics of hematite in Zhang Zhongjing's syndrome differentiation prescription, which mainly include cooperation with other stone types and the important town of collecting stone; cooperating with warm and hot medicine to increase the temperature and astringency; and with tonifying medicine, For supplementary use.
