【摘要】：目的:本研究通過羅氏454高通量測序法,觀察經(jīng)腸道治療后患者腸道菌群及中醫(yī)證候的變化,進一步發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)腸道治療CRF的作用靶點和作用機制。方法:1)將來自符合納入標準新疆自治區(qū)中醫(yī)院腎病科住院的60例患者,按照患者意愿分為治療組31例、對照組29例,平衡患者一般資料后進行統(tǒng)計學分析。兩組均給予西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,治療組在西醫(yī)常規(guī)基礎上聯(lián)合中藥保留灌腸治療,2周為一個療程,4周后比較2組患者中醫(yī)證候的變化;2)每組各抽取10例患者,留取治療前、治療2周后、治療4周后的3個時期的糞便,對糞便標本進行高通量測序檢測,觀察兩組患者的腸道菌群的變化。結(jié)果:治療4周后,兩組患者的中醫(yī)證候均有所改善,治療組在證候療效、證候積分上明顯優(yōu)于對照組;具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。兩組患者治療前后腸道菌群測序的數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計學分析在門的水平上未見有意義的變化,在屬的水平上的雙歧桿菌、大腸桿菌、乳酸菌發(fā)生了有意義的變化。結(jié)論:經(jīng)腸道治療可對慢性腎衰竭患者的腸道菌群產(chǎn)生影響,其與腸道菌群密切相關。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the changes of intestinal flora and TCM syndromes in patients with CRF after intestinal therapy by means of high throughput sequencing of Roche 454, and to find out the action target and mechanism of enteral treatment of CRF.Methods 60 patients from renal department of Xinjiang Autonomous region Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into treatment group (31 cases) and control group (29 cases) according to the wishes of the patients.Both groups were given routine western medicine treatment. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on the basis of western medicine routine. After 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment, the changes of TCM syndromes in both groups were compared.After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, the stool samples were detected by high throughput sequencing, and the changes of intestinal flora of the two groups were observed.Results: after 4 weeks of treatment, the TCM syndromes of the two groups were improved, and the treatment group was superior to the control group in syndromes and syndromes integral, which had statistical significance (P 0.05).Two groups of patients before and after treatment of intestinal flora sequencing data after statistical analysis at the gate level no significant changes in the generic level of Bifidobacterium, Escherichia coli, lactic acid bacteria have a significant change.Conclusion: intestinal microflora in patients with chronic renal failure can be affected by intestinal therapy, which is closely related to intestinal flora.
