【摘要】：目的:通過觀察“老十針”穴位埋線配合雷火灸治療脾胃虛寒型胃脘痛的臨床療效,為臨床治療本病尋找更有效的治療方法和途徑。方法:選取2015年1月--2016年1月在長春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院針灸科的60例脾胃虛寒型胃脘痛患者,符合本研究的納入標準。隨機將60例脾胃虛寒型胃脘痛患者分成兩組,每組各30例,治療組給予“老十針”穴位埋線配合雷火灸治療,對照組給予雷火灸治療。結(jié)果:治療組(“老十針”穴位埋線配合雷火灸)患者30例,痊愈11例,顯效10例,有效8例,無效1例,總有效率96.67%,愈顯率70.00%。對照組(雷火灸)患者30例,痊愈8例,顯效6例,有效8例,無效8例,總有效率73.33%,愈顯率46.67%。治療組(“老十針”穴位埋線配合雷火灸)療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組(雷火灸)。結(jié)論:“老十針”穴位埋線治療脾胃虛寒型胃脘痛療效確切,是一種治療脾胃虛寒型胃脘痛行之有效的保守治療方法。通過“老十針”穴位埋線治療,患者不會產(chǎn)生依賴性,且無毒副作用,臨床應(yīng)用方法簡單,操作簡便,具有很好的臨床推廣價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of "old ten needle" acupoint catgut embedding combined with fire moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain with deficiency of spleen and stomach, and to find more effective methods and approaches for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: from January 2015 to January 2016, 60 patients with epigastric pain of deficiency of spleen and stomach were selected in the Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion of affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine.Sixty patients with epigastric pain of deficiency of spleen and stomach were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with "old ten needle" acupoint embedding and moxibustion with thunder and fire, while the control group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion.Results: in the treatment group, there were 30 cases of "old ten needle" acupoint catgut embedding combined with fire moxibustion, of which 11 cases were cured, 10 cases were effective, 8 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.67%, and the effective rate was 70.005%.In the control group (30 cases), 8 cases were cured, 6 cases were effective, 8 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 73.33, and the effective rate was 46.67%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: the treatment of epigastric pain caused by deficiency of spleen and stomach by embedding thread at the point of "Lao Shi Needle" is an effective and conservative method for the treatment of epigastric pain of deficiency of spleen and stomach.Through the treatment of "old ten needles", the patients will not produce dependence, and have no side effects, the clinical application method is simple, the operation is simple, and has the very good clinical popularizing value.
