【摘要】：目的:觀察中藥溻漬對產后痹(致密性髂骨炎)氣血兩虛證的臨床療效。方法:將患有產后痹(致密性髂骨炎)氣血兩虛證的60例患者,隨機分為治療組30例和對照組30例。治療組予常規(guī)基礎治療加中藥溻漬治療,對照組僅給予常規(guī)基礎治療,驗證中藥溻漬對產后痹氣血兩虛證的臨床療效。結果:經過14天的治療后,統計學分析得出,在疾病療效方面,對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為83.3%、96.7%。在改善中醫(yī)證候的方面,兩組的總有效率分別為83.3%、96.7%,以上比較均有統計學意義(P0.05),且治療組優(yōu)于對照組。中藥溻漬能明顯改善產后痹(致密性髂骨炎)氣血兩虛證患者的癥狀、體征。結論:中藥溻漬可有效治療產后痹(致密性髂骨炎)氣血兩虛證,臨床療效顯著,中藥溻漬屬于局部治療,它直接作用于患處,避免藥物通過機體代謝而到達患處,使藥效更加快速更加直接,值得推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Tachian on qi and blood deficiency syndrome of postpartum arthralgia (dense iliac osteitis). Methods: 60 cases of postpartum arthralgia (dense iliac osteitis) with deficiency of qi and blood were treated. They were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Results: after 14 days of treatment, statistical analysis showed that the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 83.3% and 96.7g respectively in terms of the curative effect of the disease. In the aspect of improving the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 83.3% and 96.7%, respectively. The total effective rate of the two groups was 83.3% and 96.70.The above comparison had statistical significance (P 0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. The symptoms of the patients with deficiency of qi and blood in postpartum arthralgia (dense iliac osteitis) were obviously improved by Chinese herbal medicine. Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine Tachian can effectively treat the deficiency of qi and blood in postpartum arthralgia (dense iliac osteitis). The clinical curative effect is remarkable. The traditional Chinese medicine Tachia stains belongs to local treatment, which acts directly on the affected area and avoids the drugs reaching the affected area through the metabolism of the body. To make the drug more rapid and more direct, it is worth popularizing.
