【摘要】：中醫(yī)治未病干預(yù)是在"真實(shí)世界"中的綜合性養(yǎng)生保健和疾病預(yù)防行為,如何保證干預(yù)的可行、有效、適宜,是中醫(yī)治未病發(fā)展中所面臨的一個瓶頸問題。文章通過分析治未病干預(yù)的特點(diǎn),認(rèn)為目標(biāo)人群、可操作性、多維度多層面綜合性是治未病干預(yù)方案研制中的3個關(guān)鍵因素,并指出,以"健康狀態(tài)"為中心進(jìn)行多維度特征界定作為目標(biāo)人群界定策略;以干預(yù)動機(jī)、目標(biāo)人群屬性分類、執(zhí)行主體和執(zhí)行場所、干預(yù)方法技術(shù)、實(shí)施要求等內(nèi)容,建立雙重關(guān)注模型對內(nèi)容篩選和方案評估,作為可操作性應(yīng)對策略;建立備選干預(yù)方法技術(shù)目錄,結(jié)合可操作性雙重關(guān)注模型進(jìn)行評估篩選形成技術(shù)方案,作為多維度多層面綜合性的應(yīng)對策略。
[Abstract]:The intervention of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a comprehensive health care and disease prevention behavior in the "real world". How to ensure the feasibility, effectiveness and suitability of the intervention? It is a bottleneck problem in the development of the treatment and disease prevention of traditional Chinese medicine. By analyzing the characteristics of the intervention, the paper thinks that the target population, operability, multi-dimension and multi-level synthesis are the three key factors in the development of the intervention program. It is pointed out that the multi-dimensional characteristic definition of "health state" is taken as the target population definition strategy, the intervention motivation, the attribute classification of target group, the subject and place of execution, the method and technology of intervention, the requirement of implementation, and so on. Establishing a dual focus model to screen content and evaluate the scheme as an operational coping strategy, establishing a technical catalogue of alternative intervention methods, combining with the operational dual concern model to evaluate and screen the technical scheme, As a multi-dimensional and multi-level comprehensive coping strategy.
