【摘要】：目的:探究腦梗塞后抑郁癥患者應(yīng)用艾灸百會(huì)穴與自擬郁金方聯(lián)合治療的療效及其作用原理。方法:將醫(yī)院收治的腦梗塞后抑郁癥患者分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,對(duì)照組給予自擬郁金方治療,觀察組則在郁金方的治療基礎(chǔ)上給予艾灸百會(huì)穴治療,比較兩組的治療效果。結(jié)果:觀察組患者的HAMD評(píng)分(11.31±2.17)分、NIHSS評(píng)分(4.88±0.49)分均比對(duì)照組的(15.83±2.24)分、(6.47±0.56)分,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療有效率84.62%明顯高于對(duì)照組的64.10%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);不良反應(yīng)率5.13%與對(duì)照組患者的7.69%差異較小,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論腦梗塞后抑郁癥患者應(yīng)用艾灸百會(huì)穴與自擬郁金方聯(lián)合治療具有較高的療效性、安全性,具有推廣應(yīng)用的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of moxibustion at Baihui point and self-made Yujin prescription in patients with postinfarction depression. Methods: the patients with post-infarction depression were divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The control group was treated with self-made Yujin prescription, the observation group was treated with moxibustion at Baihui point on the basis of Yujin prescription, and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results: the HAMD score of the observation group was 11.31 鹵2.17 and the HAMD score of the observation group was 4.88 鹵0.49, which was higher than that of the control group (6.83 鹵2.24) and 6.47 鹵0.56, respectively. The effective rate of treatment was 84.62% higher than that of the control group (64.10%), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the adverse reaction rate was 5.13% and 7.69% of the control group. Conclusion the combination of moxibustion at Baihui point and self-made Yujin prescription has higher curative effect and safety, and has the value of popularization and application in patients with depression after cerebral infarction.
