【摘要】：分析葉天士《臨證指南醫(yī)案》中暮夜(晚、夕、臥時(shí))用藥案例,總結(jié)其夜治脾胃用藥規(guī)律。以法統(tǒng)方,將葉天士夜治脾胃法歸納為升陽(yáng)健脾(溫陽(yáng)澀脫、建中運(yùn)濕、溫陽(yáng)利水),健脾養(yǎng)營(yíng),宣補(bǔ)胃陽(yáng),濡養(yǎng)胃陰,補(bǔ)虛通絡(luò)各法;認(rèn)為夜治脾胃雜病具有重視脾胃與其他四臟及奇脈的關(guān)系、重視補(bǔ)虛通絡(luò)、重視氣味配伍等特點(diǎn)。探討葉天士夜治脾胃法的用藥特點(diǎn),對(duì)臨床治療疑難雜癥、久病痼疾有一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:To analyze Ye Tianshi's medical case of "Clinical Guide to Clinical Syndrome", the cases of medicine used in middle and late night (late, late and lying down) were analyzed, and the law of drug use for night treatment of spleen and stomach was summarized. With the rule of law, Ye Tianshi's method of treating spleen and stomach by night was summed up as the method of strengthening yang and strengthening spleen (warm yang, astringency, dampness in construction). Warming yang and promoting water, invigorating spleen and nourishing camp, promoting stomach yang, nourishing stomach yin, nourishing deficiency and dredging collaterals, thinking that night treatment of spleen and stomach miscellaneous diseases has the relationship between spleen and stomach and other four viscera and qi pulse, and attaches importance to reinforcing deficiency and dredging collaterals, The study on the characteristics of Ye Tianshi's treatment of spleen and stomach by night has certain reference value for clinical treatment of difficult and complicated diseases and chronic diseases.
