【摘要】：目的:觀察炙馬錢子膠囊治療硼替佐米致周圍神經(jīng)病(bortezomib-induced peripheral neuropathy,BIPN)的臨床療效。方法:收集19例經(jīng)彌可保等藥物治療無(wú)效的患者,采用自身前后對(duì)照方法,予炙馬錢子膠囊口服治療,觀察治療前后神經(jīng)毒性評(píng)分、神經(jīng)痛分級(jí)、中醫(yī)癥候積分及肌電圖神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度,評(píng)價(jià)中藥有效率。結(jié)果:治療后神經(jīng)毒性評(píng)分、神經(jīng)痛分級(jí)、中醫(yī)癥候積分降低(P0.05),神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度增加(P0.05),療效肯定,無(wú)明顯毒副反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:馬錢子治療BIPN安全有效,可改善骨髓瘤患者預(yù)后;采用非侵入性、精準(zhǔn)、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合的評(píng)估體系,可更早診斷BIPN,更好提供中藥治療有效的科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of bortezomib-induced peripheral neuropathytic neuropathy (BIPN) treated by bortezomib-induced peripheral neuropathycin. The neurotoxicity score, neuralgia grade, TCM symptom score and electromyographic nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after treatment, and the effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine was evaluated. The integral of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine decreased P0.05A, nerve conduction velocity increased P0.05A, the curative effect is certain, no obvious side effect. Conclusion: brucine is safe and effective in treating BIPN, it can improve the prognosis of patients with myeloma, and adopt a non-invasive, accurate, integrated evaluation system of traditional Chinese and western medicine. It can diagnose BIPN earlier and provide scientific basis for the effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
