【摘要】：目的:本課題旨在觀察穴位埋線配合耳穴壓豆治療單純性肥胖合并痰濕型月經(jīng)后期的臨床療效,并觀察與單純穴位埋線是否存在差異,初步探尋治療單純性肥胖合并月經(jīng)后期的更好治療方法,為臨床提供相應(yīng)的理論根據(jù)。方法:選出符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例肥胖患者,隨機(jī)分成兩組:觀察組(穴位埋線配合耳穴壓豆)和對(duì)照組(穴位埋線),各30例,并進(jìn)行組內(nèi)、組間比較,分析結(jié)果是否具有差異。結(jié)果:組內(nèi)比較:兩組患者治療后的體重、體重指數(shù)、腰圍、臀圍、身體脂肪率以及月經(jīng)癥狀總積分,與治療前相比,均有所降低,(P㩳0.01)提示有非常顯著意義的差異,然而兩組胸圍治療后與治療前相比基本無(wú)變化,(P㧐0.05)提示無(wú)顯著性差異;組間比較:兩組患者的體重、體重指數(shù)、胸圍、腰圍、臀圍、身體脂肪率并無(wú)明顯不同,(P0.05)提示兩組治療結(jié)果無(wú)顯著差異,然而將治療后兩組患者的月經(jīng)癥狀總積分相對(duì)照,結(jié)果顯示治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組,(P0.05)提示有顯著性差異,治療組的療效相對(duì)較好。結(jié)論:穴位埋線配合耳穴壓豆治療單純性肥胖合并痰濕型月經(jīng)后期具有顯著療效,此治療方法利用體穴與耳穴的協(xié)同作用,以達(dá)到降脂調(diào)經(jīng)的目的,并且此綜合療法相較單一穴位埋線,在改善月經(jīng)后期臨床癥狀方面具有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with auricular acupoint pressure on simple obesity combined with phlegm dampness in the late menstrual period, and to observe whether there are differences between acupoint catgut embedding and simple acupoint embedding. To explore a better treatment method for simple obesity combined with postmenstrual period, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice. Methods: 60 obese patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (acupoint embedding combined with ear point pressing bean) and control group (30 cases each with acupoint catgut embedding, 30 cases each). The results were compared within the group and among the groups. Results: intragroup comparison: the body weight after treatment was compared between the two groups. Body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference, body fat rate and total score of menstrual symptoms were lower than before treatment. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups, but there was no significant difference between the two groups after chest circumference treatment and before treatment. There was no significant difference in body weight, body mass index, chest circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference and body fat rate between the two groups. However, comparing the total score of menstrual symptoms between the two groups after treatment, the results showed that the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of simple obesity combined with phlegm-dampness type menstrual period has a significant effect. This treatment method uses the synergistic effect of body points and ear points to achieve the purpose of lowering fat and regulating menstruation. Compared with single acupoint catgut embedding, the combined therapy has obvious advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of late menstrual period.
