【摘要】：中醫(yī)針灸是我國傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)藥文化當(dāng)中一顆璀璨的明珠,它從古籍記載“砭石”的運用,伏羲氏“嘗味百草而制九針”到形成系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)絡(luò)理論和獨特的診療體系,歷經(jīng)數(shù)千年的悠久發(fā)展歷史。在數(shù)千年的發(fā)展過程中,中醫(yī)針灸不僅對我國人民的醫(yī)療保健事業(yè)發(fā)揮了重要的作用,而且,它憑借自己寓于深邃基礎(chǔ)理論、高超操作技術(shù)、豐富臨床經(jīng)驗之上的顯著療效,越來越受到人們的重視,目前,中醫(yī)針灸已經(jīng)邁出國門,走向世界,成為了世界醫(yī)學(xué)的重要組成部分。針灸的發(fā)展需要有針灸教育,針灸教育的發(fā)展需要有相適應(yīng)的針灸學(xué)術(shù)分科。早在上個世紀(jì)八十年代初,張縉教授就提出了現(xiàn)代的針灸學(xué)術(shù)分科。他把一門針灸學(xué)在上海的四門分科(經(jīng)絡(luò)、腧穴、刺灸、治療)基礎(chǔ)之上,分為了十個學(xué)科。這種分科,既有力地促進了針灸教育的發(fā)展和針灸學(xué)術(shù)的進步,又是針灸學(xué)術(shù)現(xiàn)代化的一個標(biāo)志。我國現(xiàn)代的針灸教育,一直沿用這套學(xué)術(shù)分科體系。本題通過對文獻的收集、整理并研究,以針灸學(xué)術(shù)分科的發(fā)生發(fā)展為脈絡(luò),參考前人研究成果,進一步對張縉教授緣何提出現(xiàn)代針灸學(xué)術(shù)分科問題、他關(guān)于現(xiàn)代針灸學(xué)術(shù)分科思路的來源及形成過程、針灸學(xué)術(shù)各門分支學(xué)科內(nèi)容形成的源流及發(fā)展問題進行了深入的探討,從而厘清針灸學(xué)術(shù)分科的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、變化以及對后世的影響。
[Abstract]:Acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine is a bright pearl in Chinese traditional Chinese medicine culture. It goes from the use of ancient records of "Bian Shi", Fuxi's "taste of herbs to making nine needles" to the formation of a systematic meridian theory and a unique diagnosis and treatment system. After thousands of years of long history of development, in the course of thousands of years of development, acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine not only played an important role in the medical and health care of the people of our country, but also relied on its own profound basic theory and superb operational skills. The remarkable curative effect based on rich clinical experience has been paid more and more attention to by people. At present, acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine have stepped out of the country and become an important part of world medicine. The development of acupuncture and moxibustion needs acupuncture and moxibustion education. As early as -20s, Professor Zhang Jin proposed a modern branch of acupuncture and moxibustion. He put forward four branches of acupuncture and moxibustion in Shanghai (meridians, acupoints, acupuncture moxibustion). On the basis of treatment, it is divided into ten disciplines. This branch of subject has not only promoted the development of acupuncture and moxibustion education and the progress of acupuncture and moxibustion academic, but also is a symbol of the modernization of acupuncture and moxibustion academic. The modern acupuncture and moxibustion education in our country, Through the collection, collation and study of the literature, taking the occurrence and development of the academic branch of acupuncture and moxibustion as the context, and referring to the previous research results, Further, why Professor Zhang Jin put forward the academic branch of modern acupuncture and moxibustion, the origin and formation process of modern acupuncture and moxibustion academic division, the origin and development of the contents of various branches of acupuncture and moxibustion academic discipline were discussed in depth.
