【摘要】：【目的】:觀(guān)察掌骨骨折術(shù)后早期應(yīng)用三七接骨丸的臨床療效�！痉椒ā�:符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的掌骨骨折患者60例隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組各30例。經(jīng)手術(shù)切開(kāi)骨折復(fù)位微型鋼板內(nèi)固定治療后,從術(shù)后首日開(kāi)始,治療組給予三七接骨丸口服,每次6克,每日3次;對(duì)照組給予骨肽片口服,每次2片,每日3次,2周為1療程,用藥2個(gè)療程,共4周。在術(shù)后不同階段,分別對(duì)患肢疼痛、腫脹、骨折愈合情況、手部功能恢復(fù)情況四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行觀(guān)察記錄,并將數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。分別于術(shù)后第3天、1周、2周,參照VAS疼痛視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分和手部腫脹分級(jí)評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)患肢局部疼痛程度、腫脹情況進(jìn)行評(píng)分;于術(shù)后第2周、4周、6周,通過(guò)手部X光片進(jìn)行骨愈合情況評(píng)分;于術(shù)后第4周、8周、12周,根據(jù)參照TAFS評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行手部功能評(píng)分�！窘Y(jié)果】:1、術(shù)后第3天、1周,治療組的疼痛評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組,存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);術(shù)后第2周兩組間疼痛評(píng)分無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。2、術(shù)后第3天、1周、2周,治療組的腫脹評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組,存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。3、術(shù)后第2周,兩組的X線(xiàn)評(píng)分無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);術(shù)后第4周、6周,治療組的骨愈合情況X線(xiàn)評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組,存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。4、術(shù)后第4周、8周、12周,治療組的手部功能恢復(fù)情況均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。【結(jié)論】:掌骨骨折術(shù)后早期應(yīng)用三七接骨丸,能夠有效減輕疼痛、消除腫脹,促進(jìn)骨折愈合,促進(jìn)患手功能恢復(fù),是臨床治療掌骨骨折的有效藥物。
[Abstract]:[objective]: to observe the clinical effect of Sanqi Jiegu Pill in the early postoperative period of metacarpal fracture. [methods] Sixty patients with metacarpal fracture who met the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 30 cases in each group were treated by open reduction and mini-plate internal fixation. From the first day after operation, the treatment group was given Sanqi Jiegu pills orally, 6 grams each time, 3 times a day, while the control group was given two tablets of osteopeptide tablets each time. Three times a day for 2 weeks and two courses for 4 weeks. Pain, swelling, fracture healing and recovery of hand function were observed and recorded at different stages of operation. Statistical analysis of the data was made. According to VAS visual analogue score and hand swelling grading standard, the local pain degree and swelling status of the affected limb were evaluated on the 3rd day and 2nd week after operation, and 6 weeks from 4 weeks to 6 weeks after the operation, and 4 weeks after operation, 6 weeks after operation, 4 weeks after operation, 6 weeks after operation, 4 weeks after operation, 4 weeks after operation, 6 weeks after operation. The score of bone healing was evaluated by X-ray film of hand, and the score of hand function was evaluated according to the TAFS scoring standard at the 4th week and the 12th week after operation. [results] the pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at 1: 1, 3 days after operation, 1 week after operation, and 12 weeks after the operation, the pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups at the second week after operation (P 0.05), and the swelling scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at 1 week and 2 weeks after operation, and there was statistical difference between the two groups at the second week after operation, and at the second week after operation, the swelling scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in X-ray score between the two groups (P 0.05), but the X-ray score of bone healing in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at the 4th week and the 6th week after operation, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The recovery of hand function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). [conclusion] early application of Sanqi Jiegu Pill after metacarpal fracture can effectively relieve pain, eliminate swelling, promote fracture healing and promote recovery of hand function. It is an effective drug for the treatment of metacarpal fracture.
