【摘要】：目的研究藏藥六味丁香丸對金黃色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用并闡明相關抑菌機制,為其臨床應用提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用平板打孔法檢測六味丁香丸對金黃色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性,通過倍比稀釋法測定最小抑菌濃度范圍。繪制藥物作用36h的細菌生長曲線。利用掃描電鏡觀察細胞形態(tài)變化和細胞壁通透性實驗闡述其抑菌機理。結(jié)果六味丁香丸800mg/mL對金黃色葡萄球菌抑菌圈直徑達到(21.8±2.36)mm,最小抑菌濃度介于12.5~25mg/mL;藥物可以顯著抑制細菌生長增殖,能夠使細胞形態(tài)發(fā)生改變和細胞通透性增加。結(jié)論六味丁香丸對耐藥性金黃色葡萄球菌具有顯著抑菌作用,具有潛在的臨床應用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the bacteriostatic effect of Tibetan medicine Liuwei clove pill on Staphylococcus aureus and elucidate the related bacteriostatic mechanism so as to provide theoretical basis for its clinical application. Methods the bacteriostatic activity of Liuwei clove pill against Staphylococcus aureus was determined by perforating plate method. The minimal inhibitory concentration range was determined by double dilution method, and the growth curve of bacteria was plotted for 36 h. The bacteriostasis mechanism was explained by scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation of cell morphology and cell wall permeability. The diameter of the inhibition circle of 800 mg / mL was 21.8 鹵2.36 mm and the minimum inhibitory concentration was 12.5 ~ 25 mg / mL. The drug could significantly inhibit the growth and proliferation of Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion Liuwei clove pill has significant bacteriostatic effect on drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and has potential clinical application value.
