【摘要】：張簡齋是民國時(shí)期國內(nèi)最具影響力的金陵醫(yī)家,被譽(yù)為"金陵醫(yī)派的奠基人"。張氏熟讀醫(yī)學(xué)經(jīng)典,精通醫(yī)理,熟諳五臟六腑生克制化之理,用藥重視顧護(hù)脾胃。其"胃腎相關(guān)"理論是對《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》(簡稱《內(nèi)經(jīng)》)"腎者胃之關(guān)"理論的繼承與發(fā)展,體現(xiàn)出中醫(yī)治病求本的理念。筆者通過研讀《張簡齋醫(yī)案》,從理論探究、別候?qū)彊C(jī)、方藥擷菁及醫(yī)案鉤玄4個(gè)角度探析此理論,并于小結(jié)中對胃與腎之間的病理聯(lián)系進(jìn)行綜合論述,希冀對脾胃病的臨床辨證治療有啟發(fā)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Zhang Jianzhai, the most influential Jinling doctor in the Republic of China, was praised as the founder of the Jinling Medical School. The theory of "stomach and kidney correlation" is the inheritance and development of the theory of "the stomach of the kidney", which is called "Huangdi's Internal Classic" (referred to as "the Internal Classic"). The author, by reading Zhang Jianchai's Medical case, explores this theory from four angles: theoretical research, special waiting machine, prescription picking and medical record hook and metaphysics. The pathological relationship between stomach and kidney is discussed comprehensively in the summary. It is hoped that it will enlighten and use for reference in the clinical treatment of spleen and stomach disease.
