【摘要】：目的觀察熱敏灸治療脾腎虧虛型單純性肥胖病的臨床療效。方法 90例脾腎虧虛型單純性肥胖病患者隨機(jī)分為針刺組、熱敏灸組及綜合組,每組30例。熱敏灸組用自制熱敏灸艾條,在患者腰骶部及下腹部探尋熱敏化腧穴,每次選擇2~3個熱敏化腧穴施灸,每周治療5次,每次施灸45 min。針刺組選擇中脘、水分、氣海、關(guān)元、命門、腰陽關(guān)及雙側(cè)天樞、大橫、帶脈、脾俞、胃俞、水道等穴位,每次選7~10個穴針刺,用平補平瀉手法,留針30 min,留針期間每10 min行針1次,每周治療5次。綜合組給予針刺加熱敏灸,方法同上。各組均1個月為1個療程,治療3個療程。記錄患者治療前后體重、腰圍、身高,計算體重指數(shù)(BMI)、脂肪百分率及腰圍身高比,并判定臨床療效。結(jié)果各組治療后體重、BMI、脂肪百分率、腰圍身高比均較本組治療前明顯下降(P0.05);治療后綜合組體重、BMI、脂肪百分率、腰圍身高比低于針刺組和熱敏灸組(P0.05),而針刺組與熱敏灸組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。針刺組臨床療效總有效率為73.3%,熱敏灸組為76.7%,綜合組為86.7%,綜合組臨床療效優(yōu)于針刺組及熱敏灸組(P0.05)。結(jié)論熱敏灸治療脾腎虧虛型單純性肥胖病有效,并且與針刺結(jié)合療效更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of heat sensitive moxibustion on simple obesity with deficiency of spleen and kidney. Methods 90 cases of simple obesity with deficiency of spleen and kidney were randomly divided into acupuncture group, heat sensitive moxibustion group and comprehensive group. 30 cases in each group were treated with self-made heat sensitive moxibustion bar in each group. The patients' lumbosacral region and lower abdomen were selected to explore heat-sensitive acupoints, and 2 ~ 3 heat-sensitive acupoints were selected to be treated 5 times a week for 45 minutes. The acupuncture group was treated with Zhongwan, water, air and sea, and the acupuncture group was treated with moxibustion for 45 minutes. Guan Yuan, Mingmen, Yaoyangguan and bilateral Tianshu, big transverse, belt pulse, spleen Yu, stomach Yu, waterway and other acupoints, each time choose 7 ~ 10 points acupuncture, with flat tonifying and reducing technique, keep needle 30 minutes, during every 10 min needle, Treatment 5 times a week. The comprehensive group was given acupuncture and heating sensitive moxibustion. Methods: each group was treated for 1 month for 3 courses. The weight, waist circumference and height of the patients were recorded before and after treatment. The body mass index (BMI), fat percentage and waist height ratio were calculated, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results after treatment, the body weight, fat percentage and waist circumference height ratio in each group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P 0.05). The ratio of waist circumference to height was lower than that of acupuncture group and heat sensitive moxibustion group, but there was no significant difference between acupuncture group and heat sensitive moxibustion group. The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 73.3%, that of heat sensitive moxibustion group was 76.7%, and that of heat sensitive moxibustion group was 86.7%. Conclusion Thermosensitive moxibustion is effective in treating simple obesity with deficiency of spleen and kidney. And combined with acupuncture is better.
